My experience with Allbritten was excellent! I had a same day appointment and Aaron was great at explaining what he was doing to our tankless water heater when he began working on it. He was friendly, courteous, and considerate. He used gloves, a mask, and shoe covers when he briefly came into our home to check the code on the control. I would highly recommend Allbritten to anyone looking for plumbing and heating services!

During this difficult time of COVID-19 I was very grateful with the care the Allbritten field agent used when working on our whole house fan. It all began with the front office. My initial contact was warmly received with a calm voice that held a positive upbeat attitude. They were very helpful and quickly schedule a field agent to come to our come that very day. Enter Pool, a minute a man, which is a good thing as he was going to have to access the attic through a small ceiling opening. He was well prepared; mask, gloves, booties, cap and overalls. He stood a respectful distance from the front door when we first met, asked if he could enter the home, went directly to the access point, determined the problem and fixed it. He was in and out in less than an hour, barely touching anything that didn't absolutely need to be touched. He was pleasant, kept us informed as to what he was doing, what need to be be repaired and why and cleaned up before he left. I appreciated him as well as the Allbritten business. We love our new unit that they installed for us. We had a hiccup in the beginning, but they were very professional and took care of it immediately. Everyone there is friendly, and does top notch work. Their prices are competitive with others and they are great at cleaning up everything when they leave at the end of the day. I also like that they send a picture of the tech coming to the house so there are no surprises.

Everyone I have contact with is above average. I have done a lot of business with this company and their people. Always great but I think they really show what kind of company they are when aren't right. I don't think I have ever worked with a company that does what they can to right an error (which aren't many). I initially tried the company after being burned by two local companies (for different issues). One was plumbing that started it all and with Aaron. The other was heating issue. I tried them because of the job done on the major plumbing project. I have been with them so long, when I call employees hide. Short straw talks with me and are always polite. The last issue I had was confusing because of the power outage. Mindy worked with me until it was resolved. She said they would send out Ian. Ian not only listened to what I was describing as a problem, he was taking notes. All issues were corrected AND explained. The system has been working as designed now. I went into detail because i wasn't completely happy after a major project and let them know. They never gave up and always dealt with me in a professional manner. Nathan would always listen and help. There wasn't one employee that wasn't professional and polite. My wife had a severe stroke and limited on movement and speech. Usually intimidating. Just about every employee greeted her on arrival and went out of their way to say good bye. Don't know how the company does it, but I haven't met an employee a had a problem. So if you want a professional company that stands behind their work, friendly knowledgeable field employees and one of the best support staff in an office, you can't go wrong with this company. No they are not perfect but I believe they try!

As much as I don't like to review organizations and/or individuals via social media, I will gladly do so this time. We have been a customer of Allbritten for years. From regular services to the installation of a new unit in 2013, we have always felt the utmost comfort in dealing with them - from the friendly and courteous staff reminding us of our twice annual service dates to the excellent service and expertise of the various technicians. A particular shout out this October 2018 goes to Mindy and Chad. Mindy was so courteous we could see her smile coming through the telephone wires as we set up an appointment. Chad has always shown us his top notch experience and technical knowledge which was also the case this time. First class organization.

We were satisfied with the evaluation of the leakage issue and the completion of the repair & replacement as needed. Each of the office staff members were great, courteous & professional. It's a nice touch receiving a "heads-up" call when the crew is enroute. I didn't note the names of the different techs, but each was friendly, courteous, and very professional. Our only concern was that the leakage problem returned shortly. It was determined that a "p-valve" (?not sure of the terminology?), should have been installed and was not, requiring a 3rd trip to complete the job. However, overall service was great. This follow-up questionnaire is a nice feature.

WOW!!! Murphy's Law at its best. My 90 year old Mother-in-Law's water heater quit producing hot water at about 7:00 pm on a Saturday. We contacted Allbritten, (who she uses to service her heater and A/C unit) by phone and reached their after hours phone line. In speaking with Mindy, she was able to schedule a technician for 8:00 to 10:00 on Sunday morning. The technician Jimi showed up about 8:30 am, diagnosed the problem as a bad gas valve, which he did not have on his truck, but could obtain from the warehouse the very next day. Sure enough Mindy calls early Monday to schedule the install. Jimi showed up, installed the new part and flushed the water heater. No extra charge for the weekend call. And because my M-in-L has a service contract to maintain the heater and A/C, she received a 15% discount. Like most people, we assumed we would get overcharged for the weekend and semi-emergency call, but not only friendly and professional, but a discount to boot! To say we are happy with Allbritten's service is an understatement. Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!! ******* ****** for ******** *******

We were extremely pleased and satisfied with the response and service we received from Allbritten's office staff, particularly Mindy & Vanessa, in scheduling several short notice service calls and from the five Service Techs, particularly Mack, who were finally able to install our master bath sink faucets over a two week saga caused by the fiasco of a non-functional faucet design flaw and missing parts from a "no sense of urgency" expensive faucet manufacturer. We have used Allbritten over the years for all our HVAC and plumbing services and have always been very satisfied. They have a dedication to good customer service. Mary Ann & Chuck Rogalske

We ordered two rather expensive bath faucets for our master bath from California Faucets through a local reputable supply house. We arranged for Allbritten to install them. When their service man Mack was installing the first faucet he discovered that an entire key assembly was missing from both faucets and that even with the parts the "pop up" function would not work due to poor design. Mack took ownership and contacted CA Faucets Technical Service (not) department by phone that day to try and resolve the issue. After foot dragging by CA Faucets, new/replacement parts were shipped all to no avail. Over the next two weeks as this fiasco played out (with no faucets in our master bath) Mack, and Allritten office staff Mindy and Vanessa, very extremely responsive in arranging on very short notice, three more visits to our home to try and get the CA Faucets to work - all to no avail. We ended up returning them. During this entire saga all the Allbritten staff we worked with were very responsive but we want to specifically want to recognize Mack, Mindy & Vanessa for their friendly, responsive, professional, and dedication to customer service. We have used Allbritten over the years for all our HVAC and plumbing needs and have always been very satisfied with their customer service. We highly recommend them. Mary Ann & Chuck Rogalske

Allbritten did a fantastic job for our family when they upgraded our HVAC system. The workers put down protective runners in the work area and they did a quality job so we purchased a service contract. All of the employees who have come to our home are courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and always clean the workspace. so when we purchased a home as a rental we chose them for some of the tasks getting it ready for renters. The crew that came and did the HVAC inspection were prompt and did a great job telling us what needed attention and what was OK. We called Allbritten when we needed new sinks and faucets installed, again, it was a professional crew that did an outstanding job. And just recently I noticed the kitchen sink had a leaking trap issue. They were scheduled to come later in the day but the dispatcher Mindy found a crew that came out early and the job was complete before noon. Jimmi replaced the trap under the sink and it looks and works great. I know, you are thinking, it looks great! Its just a trap. I myself work out of town in the trades and you can tell when a man takes pride in his work. Jimmi takes pride in his work. The work space was clean at the end of the day and Jimmi was great at explaining and correcting the problem. Its like they say "you get what you pay for", we will use Allbritten again. Thanks for a great job.
