I'm a tenant of a house by the U of A, but my toilet clogged up randomly on a monday morning when I had to attend school. We couldn't use the shower, the toilet, and it was a stressful situation. My landlord immediately called Al Coronado Plumbing and made an appointment for them to arrive within the next 8 hours! Not only was this shocking because these appointments can take a few days, but I was very relieved. Bobby Shawgo was my plumbing technician and worked diligently as I was inside working on homework. He explained the issue with the pipes, how it was going to be fixed, showed me pictures of the backup, and then proceeded to help me bleach my shower and tub, as well as explaining why he was cleaning it up - the dangers of hepatitis! I'm so thankful and relieved that he was my technician because I would've been possibly contaminated if he had not explained to me. I've never had a problem with plumbing issues, but if I do, I at least now know who to call. Thank you!!!

Marty was very professional while doing annual maintenance on the Navien tankless water heater. The electricity to the garage receptacles went out while he was working. He assisted me with the electrical panel to check the breakers. We both suspected that there was a GFI that failed but couldn't locate it. Marty also recognized that I needed a water softener. He left a quote which was to expensive right now. Thanks, Rosemary (Wayne's wife)

The company responded promptly to my request for same day service. My technician was Marty O. Marty arrived within 45 minutes and diagnosed the problem quickly. Marty provided me an estimate of cost and while resolving the issues provided me educational instruction about my water heater so I could problem solve in the future. Everything was resolved to my satisfaction and I would recommend Marty and this company for your emergency situation.
