4 Seasons just replaced both our furnace and AC; what a wonderful experience! The 4 Seasons' crew arrived when scheduled and completed the required work in a very professional and timely manner without any problems. We went with Sierra Heating and Cooling last year and they were okay. Today we had Polo A. as our technician and he was beyond kind. We are younger home owners and he really took the time to explain everything. He was so patient with our questions and concerns and also patient with our crazy puppy who was home. He explained all of our options for potential replacement and costs and really told us that he would treat any house like his own.

Service by 4 Seasons outstanding as always. Have their annual service program that puts our minds at ease. They always call and sets up appointments that work for us. Service members arrive on time, take pictures of their work and make recommendations for care of our HAVC system. There annual service fees are very reasonable. Try them, you want regret it. From the start the gal who answered the phone was polite & friendly to the serviceman who came out was prompt and friendly. Reason we went w/another company ( local) was due to 4seasons cost was substantially higher (13-23k). We did not require 5 ton, nor 95+ efficiency. There lowest system at 13k was still $4000 higher. A big reason too was that we didn’t want the condenser on the west side of house as it was going to inhibit passage in the yard. They never suggested putting it on other side of house were we had plenty of space. Two other companies suggested other side. Must say we received 5 bids and 4 seasons was the highest, all others were less than 13k. 4 Seasons did have the nicest 2020 1/2 ton pickups tho!

We recommend 4 Seasons Heating and Air. We had a heating and air unit in our last house we bought from 4 Seasons and they treated us well every thing they said they would do they did and check-ups were on time and to our satisfaction Now that we moved we are having them install another heating and air unit with great peace of mind because we know it well go well Thank You to all the people at 4 Seasons who make this happen Philip and Carol Davis

This company is not only professional but fair and knowledgeable. We had our AC act up and called a different company and was questioning everything after a service check. I called 4 Seasons and what a difference. The work was explained, ordered parts and completed without any problems. Polo and Jake are defiantly an asset to this company. We HIGHLY recommend!!!!
