Woolley, and Runyon before them, have been my heating provider for many years. I had a leaking storage tank, and David and Joe did a difficult storage tank replacement the same day I called. Woolley has always provided good service. (See More)

David and Donny arrived on time and determined that the reason for the water heater failure was the high water pressure sent to the heater. David determined that the pressure regulator was defective and replaced it. He then replaced the water heater and related equipment to bring the installation up to code. Excellent Job. They cleaned up and left the house just like they found it. (See More)

Came home from work to no heat and called Woolley and left cell phone number. David called back almost immediately and arrived within the hour. He took a quick look at everything and realized it was a simple safety valve that needed a trade-out. Heat was up and running again within 15 minutes of his arrival. Our hot water boiler blew at a couple nights ago. We lost heat and hot water. Ed, Dave, and Joe were here the very next morning, told us what happened and were off to the races. They were on time everyday, with no issues, and worked fast to get us heat and hot water. There work was second to none, done right and looking good. They even did a little extra work changing out a washer in our sink and helping with our steam boiler. when they were done they swept out every room they were in, not just were a little mess was, the whole room. I would recommend these guys to anyone that needs work done. We are very pleased with the service we received. (See More)

Ed P. and David B. from Woolley Home Solutions removed an old oil tank and installed a new one today. Nothing at this house is done with ease and nothing is done without complications! Ed and David dealt with the limitations of space and other obstacles making their installation a difficult one. They over came all of the potential problem issues and managed to get the new tank in and filled and our oil burner up and running by the end of the day! David lead a team of several gentlemen that did the conversion from oil to gas heat in our Maplewood home. Dave was very professional. He kept me informed each step of the way for this 3 day project. Dave was courteous, told my wife and I when he would be arriving and when he was done for the day. He was neat, and took extra care to protect our finished basement. Project was done neat, clean and the new system is working beautifully. Dave gave us reassurance that if we had any questions or concerns that we should call and they would come out to answer our questions. I can not recommend Wooley Home Solutions highly enough. My antiquated heated and cooling system had to be replaced. It was a big job. The technicians from Woolley were outstanding. We have had the Woolley Fuel Company as our home heating fuel supplier for over 20 years and could not imagine having better service. Our fuel oil is always delivered on time. Over the years they have maintained the burner equipment and kept it running at top efficiency. They aided us in removing our old in ground oil tank and installed the new, safer tank in out basement. There plumbing service is the best. When our hot water heater started leaking, they arrived quickly, removed and replaced the tank with a new one, with all new plumbing, the same day. Special praise is due Art and Dave for their skill and knowledge regarding anything about oil burners and plumbing. Their work is top quality and they leave the work area cleaner than they found it. We just had our old boiler replaced with a new one and also installed a Roth oil tank inside. The Woolley staff from the office personnel and Dave our adviser on the system to buy to the installers were very professional. Ed P and David B and Chris J showed up on time and started disassembling the old system while starting the install of the new tank. By the end of the first day the old system was out and the new boiler and tank was installed. The next day all was completed by midday. Ed P show me how to use the thermostat. They cleaned up all the areas and left us with a new running system for years to come. David B install the old unit 24 years ago. I would like to thank Woolley whole staff from the ladies in the office to our workmen Ed P ,David B Chris J and Dave for their help with this upgrade. Than you for the cookies. (See More)

(I had a previous plumber who did an awful job at sealing and caulking the back plate to my shower handle. He had used an excessive amount of caulk that never dried, ended up drooping, and left a gap for water to get through, and I was told by him that it could not be fixed. I was not satisfied with the work that was done.) I called and had a different plumber, David B. come to see if he could fix the problem. David arrived, saw the work, agreed that it was done very poorly and was not satisfied either. He took the time to look into the problem, and actually fixed it! Not only did he reset the back plate and caulk it properly, it looked professionally done! David made sure that his work was done well. In the middle of the job, there was difficulty with a screw that he didn't have the correct tool for. He called a coworker, Ed, to come assist him and the two of them were able to solve the problem. I really appreciated that David took the time to do the work correctly! (See More)

David B came for a routine check up on our boiler and discovered that our hot water heater (Which he had personally installed 15 years ago) had sprung a leak and needed replacing. So he got us a new one immediately and installed it in addition to tuning up our boiler. A job that should have lasted 30 minutes lasted 3 hours (due to the bad water heater) but he was cheerful the whole time. (See More)

My basement almost had a major disaster, having the already ancient hot water heater leak. Art D called his team, Dave showed up a short time later & 3 hours later it is fixed. New to the area and homeownership, we took our time reviewing the service, pricing, and contracts of five companies. The difference came down to this: The others who did not get our service were either: A) 3x the price for the same scope, B) An hour late with no call, C) 3 weeks for a quote that was difficult to read and 2 weeks to review the quote. With Woolley, we discovered a company infrastructure with a human voice. When the weather is sub-zero and many people are without heat, it may be difficult to schedule a routine call, and that's because they are giving those in need their undivided attention. Take a close look at their pricing, and a close look at their service contract, then witness their handy work; it is thoughtful and smart. We've had routine maintenance, installations, upgrades, complex quotes, and emergencies; all handled professionally in a timely manner, with a fair amount of "above and beyond the call of duty" thrown in for good measure. With whomever you end up going with, you deserve quality work. They've set the bar for what I now expect from a service vendor. JW (See More)

Problem resolved :-) Price was high for the amount of work, but this is not a David issue.
