Caught off guard a day before the Blizzard of 2016 and needing more than a service call and service on the furnace, the Team at Woolley and its affiliates really showed up!!! Craig, Stephanie, Sherri and a fine outside referral got the job done!!! Many thanks to all for your professionalism, patience, understanding, accommodating, going the extra yard handling of the emergency at my father's home. I cannot thank you enough. Just want to say how wonderful Sheri has been to me since my husband passed away in June. She has taken the time to explain what i need to do to make sure i have all the coverage for my furnace. She has gone above and beyond with kindness and respect!!! Thank you also to Stephanie for all your help in getting techs to my house in a timely matter!!! You ladies rock!!! Finally, Ed is amazing!!
