Never stop sending Craig M. to us. While I'm sure you have other very competent service people, it was a pleasure dealing with Craig. For one thing, I didn't get scolded for not refreshing the water enough, but he did show me signs of future trouble to keep in mind and gave me some simplified maintenance tips. My boiler had a problem that needed repair. He didn't over-explain the problem, but did demonstrate it to me in a way that I knew he was telling the truth and that it had to be fixed. From there, he did the repair work quickly and efficiently, moved on to the maintenance work in the same way, and all the time very pleasant and professional to deal with. I was anxious, at first, having an oil heater in the house, but Woolly Home delivers consistent and complete service. It's clear my house is not just a piggy bank to them, where they drop in oil and extract my money. They make it their business to ensure that the system is always, and above all, safe and well maintained. They have taken all the worry out of it for me. (See More)

Great service and fast appointments. I had Art come out to help get the steam heat working in my new house. He took the time to explain how the entire system worked and walked me through how to run and maintain everything from the boiler to the radiator valves.
Also had Craig come out to do a tune up of my boiler when we first moved in. Like Art, he took the time to explain everything he was doing, walked me through how to service and drain the boiler, and pointed out a few items I should replace to keep things in working order.

We have had Woolley for our home for over 32 years. Last year we had Woolley convert us from oil to gas. We scheduled our annual cleaning /pre season check for today. Craig called before he came, which was great, that way I knew who was coming and that he was on his way. He let me know that his work would take about a half hour and it did. When he was done he left the furnace area clean and turned off the lights. Couldn't even tell he was in the house.

Ed P was my technician. He arrived on time and was finished almost to the minute of when he said it would be completed. I signed up for the Gold Level service plan at the beginning of the season and then scheduled the complimentary tune up. When the technician arrived he found two issues on my oil steam boiler. First the low water cutoff switch wasn't working because the float was stuck and second the water drain at the bottom of the boiler was stuck closed.
The technician Craig, called me and asked to come early since his first appointment cancelled. He showed me the problems and explained that the boiler could be damaged if boiler went on with no water. He replaced the water drain valve and the float assembly and then tested everything. As part of the original "tune up" he also pointed out some areas on the boiler that were starting to go as well as replacing the glass and filter. All in all he did a good job on a very old piece of equipment. Craig also let me know not to expect too much more life from the boiler. Was my first experience with Woolley but overall very positive. Craig is one of the best technicians at Woolley. He explained all that was wrong regarding our furnace and fixed everything in a quick but very orderly fashion. I even learned a few things. I definitely would recommend him to anybody and hope that he comes back to my house in the future. (See More)
