Caught off guard a day before the Blizzard of 2016 and needing more than a service call and service on the furnace, the Team at Woolley and its affiliates really showed up!!! Craig, Stephanie, Sherri and a fine outside referral got the job done!!! Many thanks to all for your professionalism, patience, understanding, accommodating, going the extra yard handling of the emergency at my father's home. I cannot thank you enough. Excellent service from initial call to Stephanie to Ed P who came on time troubleshooter the issue with our gas furnace. Ultimately it needed a new motherboard. Heat is back on. We are warm and happy. Thanks Ed. Would highly recommend Woolley Home. (See More)

Just want to say how wonderful Sheri has been to me since my husband passed away in June. She has taken the time to explain what i need to do to make sure i have all the coverage for my furnace. She has gone above and beyond with kindness and respect!!! Thank you also to Stephanie for all your help in getting techs to my house in a timely matter!!! You ladies rock!!! Finally, Ed is amazing!! Ed was at my house this morning to correct a heating problem I had. He was on time for the appointment. He efficiently replaced the needed part. I am so glad that he was the technician sent to my home. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of my oil burner. I would definitely like Ed to be my regular technician. Thank you Ed. I would also like to recognize the girls in the office. Stephanie took my service call this morning and did all she could to get a technician to my home. Ed is an excellent technician who does very through work. I hope that I can keep him as my regular technician when I call for service. The girls in the office are also very efficient. Excellent response time and personal service. We had 2 issues with our furnace. Ed and I discussed the problem and he consulted with Woolley Fuel's plumber, Todd Williams and they discussed how to resolve my issue. I was instructed to monitor specific areas and BINGO, found the cause of my problem. Todd was a wizard and based on conversations with Ed and my observations, he was able to resolve the issue. Teamwork paid off and the problem is now solved. Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge Nick. Since we had our in-ground tank removed and a new tank put in the basement, he has a much more difficult task to get the oil to the new tank. He does so without complaint. That is what Woolley Fuel is all about. Continuity of employees that customers know on a 1st name basis, whether it be Todd, Ed, Nick, Stephanie, Norm Jr. or Frank. This is truly a family business that offers great customer service. (See More)

The people at Wooley Fuel get top marks for the quality of service. There is always someone there when I call. Requests are completed the day that I call. They have done a quality job of servicing my heating equipment. When I have questions they have always taken the time to explain everything. Their prices are competitive. (See More)

In the past 15 years I think I've dealt with everyone at Woolley. From the moment Stephanie answers the phone at Woolley, you're in good hands. They are all great and the team that came last week and installed my new tank in the basement were fantastic. I think they left the basement cleaner than they found it! Woolley Fuel Company (Art and Crag) have done excellent service and repairs for both my A/C unit and oil furnace. The oil delivery (Mark is the best) is always on time and very professional/clean. Stephanie and Isabel are always very courtesy and helpful with setting up appointments and account billing. All and all, Woolley is the most professional and highest rated fuel oil company in New Jersey and the US. (See More)
