First of all, the person who took my service call was professional, competent, and sympathetic. Even though we needed service over the holidays, she accommodated my request right away. David arrived promptly within quoted timeframe. Both he and his coworker identified and fixed the problem efficiently at a reasonable price. I have been using Winters Heating and Cooling for over 35 years and have always had the best experiences and service from the business and the techs that are sent to my home. Today I had an air filter added to my new HVAC system. Scott Maloney has been the tech on many of the service calls that I have had with Winters. He helped put in my new HVAC system and the new air filter today. He is always pleasant and knowledgeable, explaining things to me in detail when he works in my home. He is up-to-date on the new technology and equipment and is able to explain things to a novice like me. I give Winters a 10 +. They came in a timely manner after we called on a Sunday after hours to replace a burnt capacitor. Winters Heating & Cooling has been helpful since day one of me calling to have someone come out. Within 24 hours I had a tech out to the house and they provided amazing service. Everything was broken down for me to understand and a repair quote was given to me within 48 hours. The tech even provided me with multiple quotes and options that would work with what we needed. During our time of no AC Winters allowed my family to borrow window units which saved us during the weeks of high 90 degrees. On the day of installation I was updated to when they would be there and the techs came to greet me so I knew who was working during the day. Both workers were polite and did a great job. David and Brad, once again were true professionals. They came out to my house to perform repairs based on their initial recommendations. They double and triple checked everything. They made me feel confident in the repairs that they made.

The two technicians who performed the Fall/Winter maintenance were SUPER. EXTREMELY Courteous and Knowledgeable. They answered any of my questions immediately and passing along tips on what I could do to maximize my HVAC system. They discovered an issue with my humidifier piping and immediately called the office seeking a part. At my request they started the process to obtaining a quote on some additional Humidifier parts to maximize that part of the system. The office followed up with what I consider a reasonable price and I’m scheduled to have the new parts installed. VERY HAPPY with Winter’s . David W. 12/12/18 |

The air handler in the upstairs of my house was not blowing. Took a day off work and hired another company, but they never showed. The next day, David from Winter's came out, he was 10 minutes early to scheduled time, which was great since it was already in the mid-80's upstairs!!! I just wanted to thank you. Not only did you provide quick service, your service techs were friendly , professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Despite a small monetary difference in what I was quoted and what I was charged, it was a smooth experience. I've had five or six different HVAC companies out in the 20 years that I've lived in this house and not one of them has ever taken the time to educate me the way the gentleman that was here did. Kudos to him! He really was fantastic. I would be more than happy to have him in my house to do any future service or repair. As always, I was very very pleased with the service I received from the technicians at Winters Heating and Cooling. I had a new heat pump system put in today and they arrived at 9 a.m. and finished at 6:40 p.m. They worked hard and cleaned up all of their equipment, old system parts and anything else they used. They did a super job and the new system is working well. I even got a lesson on the new digital thermostat which I needed because reading a book doesn't help me at all when it comes to computers!
