Sergio is an asset to the company and he saved my family's life and I am forever grateful! He caught things that other techs overlooked and he will always be my HVAC tech. He took pictures and let me know that I had a bad microbial growth problem and installed a device to help me. I think he needs a raise because all the years I've used the company, no one ever noticed the growth problem we have.
