WITHIN 5 MIN OF YOUR TECHS BEING PRESENT I KNEW I WAS IN THE RIGHT HANDS. I WANT THEM TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR REMARKABLE, TERRIFIC WORK. CANNOT RECALL A TIME WHE I HAD A MAJOR SERVICE NEEDED AND I WAS OVERWHELMED BY EFFICIENCY, PROFFESIONALISM AND KINDESS FROM THE WHOLE TEAM. VERY THUROUGH IN EXPLAINING WORK AND NEVER MADE ME FEEL LIKE A DUMMY FOR ASKING SO MANY QUESTIONS. MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE. INSTALLERS WORKED VERY LATE TO COMPLETE THE JOB.
