Rudy came to give me a quote to fix a wobbly toilet. He suggested we buy a new one because if Will Fix It would do it it would cost about $1700.00. If we bought the toilet installing would cost $300. something and if he had to change the flange again almost $1000. We bought the toilet that same evening and Rudy came the next morning to install it. Everything was going great, he was courteous, polite and seemed genuine to our needs and cost savings. THEN came the "WTF" moment. When I was writing out the check for the installation cost, he stated if I could help him out with a tip since he helped us out with cost savings. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, but got him $40 bucks. His response to this was that he had to buy all his own equipment and supplies and he did save us a lot of money, but if I thought this was what his work was worth it was ok between him and me. This was very unethical, very unprofessional, and very scary. I've used Will Fix It many many times, but now dont know if I will. WATCH out for this man. (See More)

we needed a tub spout w/diverter replaced so we called WillFixIt. We have used them before for plumbing, electrical, and air conditioner work. Anyway, I called and they scheduled an appointment right away that was convenient for me. Rudy F. was running a little late so WillFixIt called and kept me posted and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Rudy showed up and gave me a free estimate for repair. I could have used someone else but WillFixIt always does a professional job. Rudy replaced the tub spout quickly with a replacement part we had received from the manufacturer. He did a great job for us. Their prices are reasonable and comparable with other places considering they come out and give free estimates and you aren't obligated to use them if you think the price is high. It cost me less than $150. It was worth it to get the tub/shower working again in the guest bathroom. I have used them before on several occasions and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Rudy! After determining that a water leak was in fact coming from my water heater, he was able to give me different options related to a replacement. I also decided to have a water softener system installed as well. Rudy worked the entire day to complete the job (he didn't even take a lunch break). Before leaving, he made sure that the work area was clean and that I fully understood how to operate the new system. From the friendly office staff and dispatch personnel to the highly dedicated and professional plumbers, I would highly recommend Will Fix it for any future plumbing and/or electrical needs. We noticed water very slightly seeping up through the floor between the laminate boards at about 8 p.m. Wednesday night. By 11 a.m. Thursday, Rudy, from Will Fix It arrived and located the problem within minutes. A tiny pinhole in the plastic tubing to the ice maker had soaked the floor and eventually reached an area where it could be seen. Rudy was very professional, wrote up an estimate, and graciously accepted that my husband could fix it himself. He then placed a call to a restoration company so we could get an estimate for replacing the damaged floor and assessing any further water damage. I would recommend Will Fix It. As retired military we appreciate that their would have been a discount had we chosen to have them do the repair. (See More)

Rudy did an excellent job of explaining the work to be performed and the cost to install a 50 Gallon Gas water heater, Bradford White. Rudy completed the removal of the bad water heater and installation of new heater in a professional manner. Did not leave any materials or parts behind. He also provided tips on how to operate the new heater and reminded me of the annual draining of the water heater. Rudy demonstrated his expertise with the water heater and I am extremely pleased with his work. Recommend Will Fix It for appliance and AC issues. I Will continue to use their services. (See More)

Rudy F. from Will Fix It was very polite, friendly , knowledgeable , and professional. My water heater leaked and had to be replaced. He kept me informed with every step that he did. He gave me all possible options for my issue. I was worried about how long it would take for someone to get to my house , but Rudy was there by 11 am and finished by 2:30. My carpet was soaked with water , he called a recovery service to come over. They arrived just as he was leaving. He also informed me of things I might want to consider for later. He recommended that I should add a water softener because , although somewhat expensive , it would be worth the cost over the long run. I declined because I just wanted to get the leak fixed as soon as possible because of the timing. But I will definitely keep Rudy and Will Fix It in mind when I decide to get the water softener. The water leak was an unexpected emergency so I didn t have time to shop around for the cheapest price from competitors. I can t say if I got a good price compared to others or not but I feel satisfied with the service that I received for the cost. I will definitely compare prices before getting the water softener but as of now , I am a satisfied customer. (See More)

Have used Will Fix It for most any major project around my house, that i cant do myself. they do a GREAT job every time. the only problem i have is that every time i use them, i know i an WAY over paying for the actual parts and labor. just had a leak in the valve line for my water heater, and had to replace the valve, line and joint to water heater, and obviously they put it all on. $360 later it was all fixed. the parts that were replaced would have only been about $30. its just frustrating knowing all that. labor and parts prices are TOO HIGH. I have been doing Biz with will fix it for a number of years. They are expensive but do a good job. The water softener system job was sealed by Rudy. I hadn't planned on spending this much but he made the difference. I was disappointed that Rudy would not be doing the job. The job hasn't been done yet but I expect that they will do a fine job.Both Rudy and his supervisor helped me to get comfortable with a softener. A system that made me nervous to put in because I know it can make things worse if there are chemicals in the water. Softeners have come a long way since the late 80's. Will fix it also put a uv light system in for us that we are pleased with. (See More)

Rudy F. came to flush out my water heater yesterday and discovered a lot of sediment caused by my 3 year old water softener, It was out of warranty and he explained, thoroughly, the replacement of water softener would be the better way to go, rather than repair the existing one. He was able to install the new one that same day. He took a lot of time showing me all the components involved and answered all my questions. He was kind, patient and very professional. Rudy arrived on time (he even waited for me to get home) and proceeded to check our water heater that was no longer working. He confirmed what a tech from another company said about the water heater having rusty sediment and a leak and was no longer useable. What impressed me was that he immediately wanted to find out how that could have happened to a water heater that was only 6 years old. He ran a test of the hardness of our water in front of me which showed our water was hard and our water softener was apparently no longer softening our water properly. He went to look at the softener and pointed out that it did not have the capacity to handle the amount of water we use in our home. I want to clarify that I feel Rudy's work was excellent but it was very frustrating to find out we had a problem when another Will Fix IT tech named Victor had been to our house five months ago and inspected our plumbing and recorded everything was working fine. He may have tested our water but not in front of us and he made no mention of the limited capacity of our water heater. In the end, we had to purchase a better water softener and replace both of our water heaters. Very Good rating means Will Fix It needs to train all their techs to be as good as Rudy. (See More)
