Long story short, Jesse is not responsible for the coupon, I get that. Coupon stated "drain cleaning" but all he did was "drain unclog" so basically my drains are not clean, but I did pay the bill as he did work on it. When I questioned him about the service stated on the coupon he laughed and said, "yeah anther guy thought the same thing and knew the unclog or clog removal terminology, the cleaning service is 500 bucks". Not according to the coupon. Cleaning means clean, It would be like me going to clean someone's house and just moving the dirt and dust out of the way, that’s not clean.
When he arrived he was polite, I explained to him a couple months ago the water from washer started running out the over flow, he asked me about a pee trap (I'm not a plumber, I had no idea what it is) I told him I do not know first time home owner. He then takes his flash light and looks at the washer waste hose and tells me "oh your system is illegal" not sure why the hose runs in this if it’s running out the back. I asked him how it wasn't illegal 2 months ago and repeated what was happening. I again explained I have no idea what a pee trap is. He took his flashlight and looked at the washer waste hose but never bothered to move anything, mind you my washer is in the garage in a very accessible space not shoved in an upstairs closet two sizes too small. He then asks me if I have any other pipes and I take him to the front and he says " there's a pee trap" we talk about it as he is still telling me I have an illegal system for the washer.
We then head back to the washer and I started showing him all the pipes and wwaaallllaaaaaaa he says "there's the pee trap"!! Maybe my expectation is too high but shouldn't a plumber looking for something coming out of the floor on the floor? instead of the customer who doesn't even know what he's talking about doing all the work and not to mention the stress of the whole illegal system hoopla.
Anywho, I do not believe I would recommend will fix it for both reasons, the coupon is miss leading and I don't like to hire someone and I'm doing the foot work. Anndd before you tell someone who has no idea what you're talking about they have an illegal system, make sure your service techs know what they are talking about. (See More)

After dealing with many different plumbing companies I decided to try Will-fix-it and was surprised at how quickly they were able to make a service call. It was only a minor leak but the technician still answered all of my questions and never tried to rush me. I will be calling them again soon to remodel the entire bathroom. I called this company as a quick house call to check a clogged toilet for my tenants. Be aware the service fee is $75 to which you will pay regardless. Originally with a quick look at the toilet, I was quoted $150 to remove an object lodged in the toilet. Once the technician tried to unclog the toilet and could not reach the small toy that what stuck, he proceeded to tell me it was going to cost $350 to remove the toilet base to retrieve the toy. The house call took maybe 30 minutes and I was charged $325 because I asked if they offered a military discount. I called for three days to get the reciept which I was told was not ready. After a week of waiting I gave up and finally heard from them an entire month later to collect. They gave no reason for the delay and finally emailed me the receipt when I asked about it. It was completely illegible. I cannot believe the price I paid for the task. After calling around to other companies I was confirmed this price was double or even triple what other plumbers would charger. (See More)

It's Christmas Eve and to our surprise we discovered a leak in our garage. I immediately called Will Fix It! This is truly the season of giving. Jesse arrived and quickly discovered the source. Jesse D. worked on my stopped up sink and fixed it. Then saw a drawer in my kitchen that needed a little screw. He fixed that in less than 2 minutes. I asked him to look at my master bath tub. He did and fixed that simply in 3 minutes. He was awesome. I have seen some good plumbers but he is the best, he is honest and kind. Another plumber from Will Fix came out and looked at my tub and said it would require excavating to get to plumbing, etc. I knew that was crazy talk. I left that a long and decided to deal with that problem later. Today when Mr. Diaz came I asked him about the tub and he fixed it in less than 3 minutes. We were very pleased about Will Fix It's fast response. Although it was Easter weekend, they put us on a priority list to replace our leaking water heater. Mr. Jesse D not only did a great job of diagnosing the problem, but did a great job of installing a new heater. He worked rapidly and efficiently and left the affected area very clean and tidy. I was lucky enough to have Jesse D. service my home today. Jesse was a plumbing sleuth when it came to finding out my plumbing problem. He was patient and tried several different methods to find out what was wrong. Not only did he fix my problem, he found out my home had a drain out.
