Dean C was able to locate the problem with my shower very quickly. He was very courteous when explaining that the leaking problem was with the shower head, rather than a leaky pipe. He cleaned the top of the shower head and that stopped the leaking problem. I appreciated his honesty. (See More)

Dean is the best. I have an old home with old pipes. He has been called to my house several times, and he always takes the time to fully understand the problem before he tries to solve it. He has a curious mind, and as a result of him spending a few extra minutes poking around, he has identified the root of the problem and even found other factors that would likely have caused other problems down the road. Mr. Dean C. came to my home after hours a few minutes after I had called in to Will Fix It. So he was prompt and he was courteous and he was fast. I really appreciate a well mannered person who gets right to work and fixes the problem. Dean C. was also informative as to what caused the problem and what to do to keep it from happening again. One month later I called on my bathroom sink that was draining too slowly and I thought it was part of the first problem, but I was not sure. Mr. Dean C. came out again and he checked my sink, which was not part of the first and he fixed the problem in less then a minute and there was no charge. He also told me what caused the problem and that he had taken care of the problem. As a single retired person, I am afraid to call a company to take care of my problems because the cost can be too much for my pocketbook but I know Will Fix It now and I am not afraid to call them.
