Great service. Daryl M. w/ Will Fit It showed up on time, explained the problem, and quickly resolved the issue. Daryl was awesome and I would definitely recommend him and Will Fix It! My AC unit quit working after tree trimmers covered it with a secured tarp for a couple of hours. I didn't call until after 5pm but was in distress, with temperatures at 100 degrees. Daryl arrived at my house within a couple of hours and after hearing my explanation of what had happened, was able to correct the problem in just a few minutes. I was so grateful for the fast response after the long day that I had already had. I am already enrolled in the Will Fix It maintenance plan but this quick response to my dilemma just confirms that I made a great decision is switching to Will Fix It a few months ago! (See More)

Daryl M was super friendly & professional, and I strongly recommend Will Fix It! Tree trimmers had covered my AC unit with a tarp, causing it to stop working so it had already been a long day for me and it was upsetting to have my AC quit working after dealing with tree trimmers all day. I contacted Will Fix It and Daryl was out to my house within a couple of hours. After explaining to Daryl what I believed to be the problem, he was able to fix my AC within just a few minutes. Since it was another 100 degree day, I was very grateful for the quick response and repair! (See More)

Daryl was awesome! He went above and beyond to assist with our AC issue. When I placed the call that we were having issues, the lady said that it would be between the hours of 1-3 pm which was a couple of hours. Within 5 min, Daryl called and said that he was on his way. He had everything fixed in a matter of an hour or so. He was friendly, informative and explained everything to us. Thanks for the great service. We will stay Will Fix It customers forever! (See More)

Long story but...My AC was dead. I had a local company come out for a repair estimate. I was told my system was shot and needed a new one...which of course they could sell me. He showed me all the rusted junky areas, said I needed a new compressor, coils, and something could possibly start a fire?, etc. etc. I said I didn't really have new AC money laying around and he said I could have it repaired but VERY costly and it wouldn't last long. I told him I needed some time to figure out how to get the $6000 for a new unit and I would get back to them. I decided to get a 2nd opinion. I called Will Fix It and AC Tech Daryl Marr came over. In a very short time he returned to the door and said he found what the problem was and he could fix it!! I don't remember exactly what he said because my brain was exploding with relief over NOT having to dish out 6 grand, but I know it did not involve a compressor, any coils and not once did he mention anything might start a fire! He repaired the unit! I now have cold air once again. Thank you so much Daryl! Daryl is a great guy and he knows his stuff! If you have AC problems, save yourself the headache of trying to determine if you are being ripped off and call Will Fix It.... ask for Daryl Marr. My AC went out on a Saturday evening. I called 2 other companies boasting 24 hr service and all I got was a voice mail When I called Will fix it, I spoke directly to a customer service rep. Awesome! They came out the next day repaired the problem quickly. My house continues to stay cool thanks to Everyone involved. Daryl and his tech were very polite and explained everything in detail. They got my AC going and informed me it really needs to be replaced. I will only call Will Fix It to have it replaced when I can. I hope to get the same techs out when that happens. It's never easy to relize that you entire A/C system needs to be replaced, but when it happens right at Christmas it kind of takes the wind out of your sails. The unit was 14 years old. We called Will Fix It Dec. 26th and made an appointment for the following morning. Daryl can out on time and went throught all our opptions. Not once did we feel that he was looking for a hard sale. We were surprised how much cheaper it was than what we thought it would be. He set the wheels in motion. Hector and Edgar came and installed our new system in one day, explained everything and even hauled the old unit away. Terry the field supervisor came to look at an area in the house that had always stayed ice cold no mater what. A big thank you also goes out to Chelsea V. for getting me all the forms and filling them out for my tax rebate AND my power company. We now have an up to date system, are useing less power plus got rebates on our taxes and electrical company. Oh and the room that was always cold. Its the same as all the other rooms now. (See More)

Daryl was on time, professional and efficient. My A/C was blowing hot air and he fould the problem right away. While I qualified for a 10% senior discount but told me they had a $50 on line discount in effect and it would be more than my senior discount. He also showed me the parts manual that showed he was charging the correct price. There was no fee for the service call or labor. This was totally opposite to the service I received the last time I had my A/C repaired. Will Fix It. will get all my future business and I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors. (See More)

Daryl Marr was sent to my house to repair my A/C that was blowing hot air. He arrived on time, was very professional and courteous and found the problem, a defective capacitor. He checked the rest of the system and confirmed that was the only problem. The part was $300.00. He asked if I was a senior or military and offered a 10% discount but added they had a on line promotion for $50.00 off any repair, which was more than the 10% I qualified for. He also showed me the parts catalog for all A/C parts and it confirmed he was charging me the correct price. There was no charge for the service call or labor. This was far superior treatment than what I received the last time I had the A/C fixed. I would highly recommend Will Fix It and Daryl and they will be getting all my future business. (See More)

A/C Tech Darryl is an honest man. My A/C went out. turns out the problem was with my home circuit box that was in bad shape. Darryl probably saved my house from catching on fire. Daryl provided excellent service! Our scheduled time was from 12-2PM, someone contacted me around 11:45AM to let me know Daryl was on his way. Daryl was punctual, professional and explained everything to me. Daryl gave me an estimate of our backed up pipe, after we agreed of the service and cost Daryl immediately got to work and wasted no time. Daryl offered the maintenance package and clearly explained to me how I would be notified for our next service and how I would renew our maintenance package in the future. Daryl noticed we have an outdated pipe and recommended a minor drainline repair, gave us an estimate and we discussed a future service. We have used "Will Fix It" in the past and each time has been an excellent experience for us! Thank you very much and again we appreciate your excellent service and professionalism. It was so pleasant to have Daryl come over and I felt like he had been my long time AC guy. I can't tell you how grateful I am to Daryl Marr and WillFixit for the repairs and assistance that were provided to my home on 1 September. Daryl came by and evaluated the repair work needed to my A/C unit. The work required several visits that extended through normal working hours. Daryl & Clay were at my house within 2 hours. Daryl performed diagnostics on my outside unit & determined it was a bad breaker in my breaker box- not my A/C unit. He explained that an electrician would be needed to fix the problem. He then scheduled an electrician come by the next morning. He reached for his invoice book as I reached for my checkbook. "oh, there's no charge" he said. "This is a FREE service call." Are you kidding me? Come on now. What's the catch? There WAS no catch. After getting my eyes poked out dozens of times by every trade imaginable, "Will"Fix It" goes "old-school" and sends out 2 professionals to help me & my family. Wow. Well done, guys. Good service is difficult to find these days. As a military member I found that Will Fix It is the exception. I called with an air condition not cooling and received an appointment within a two hour window. The repairman Daryl M assessed the problem in less than ten minutes. He got the part and repaired the air condition unit in less than two hour. Daryl was prompt, professional,and very knowledgable. Daryl M represented his company well. Daryl M. came to our house, on a last minute service call, to fix our failing air conditioner. Of course, our unit failed on a very hot summer day. My wife is on oxygen 100 % of the time so remaing cool is obviously imprtant during hot days. Daryl M. had the unit up and working again in short order. He also has a good sense of humor cosidering that it was so hot outside. We chose WillFix It to initially install our unit becuase of the customer service that they are known for. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding professional service and professionalism Daryl provided! His knowledge of AC units is noteworthy, as he was able to break it down to me in laymen terms whereby I understood what was happening with my unit. He was very courteous and respectful, and took off his shoes ever time he entered my home, and I appreciate that. He explained the various service plans being offered, explained what they entailed, and encouraged me to look into purchasing one, so that my system is always functional. I was concerned that I would forget to call in the services and lose money with those types of contracts, but he assured me that Will Fix It would call me to schedule the appointments. Normally you just get a technician who comes to your home, fix the problem, charge you and leave...Not Daryl, he took the time to enlighten me on the woes of preventive maintenance, showed me pictures of the algae that he flushed out of my pipes, helped me understand my AC Warranty, and gave me some good pointers. In closing I d like to say Daryl is an asset to your customers because he loves his line of work, and genuinely cares about the customers you serve. I just recommended two friends to Will Fix It to get their AC Units Serviced not only at a great price, but from professionals who stand behind their work! Daryl was very friendly and explained that with my disabilities that the thermostat in my home was not user friendly and would be very hard to use. He replaced the thermostat and it is so easy to use. He spent time instructing my how to use it in different situations. I have small dogs and he was friendly with my dogs also...never acting like hey your dogs are a pain so lock them up . He realized that he was a visitor in our home (mine and dogs) and acted accordingly. Very impressed with him and with my new thermostat.
