Manoel was on time and very professional when offering us options to consider repair versus system replacement. We opted for system replacement due to the age of the unit and repair cost. He worked up different unit and finance options for us to review so we could make a good educated decision. I felt very comfortable with him in my home and will not hesitate to use him again. WITHIN 5 MIN OF YOUR TECHS BEING PRESENT I KNEW I WAS IN THE RIGHT HANDS. I WANT THEM TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR REMARKABLE, TERRIFIC WORK. CANNOT RECALL A TIME WHE I HAD A MAJOR SERVICE NEEDED AND I WAS OVERWHELMED BY EFFICIENCY, PROFFESIONALISM AND KINDESS FROM THE WHOLE TEAM. This was a great experience from beginning to end! Manuel, Frankie and Art worked hard, went above the call of duty, explained all my options, and were just really pleasant people to deal with. I think our a/c gave them a really hard time, corroded, clogged, much more than they possibly bargained for, but the guys went in there full throttle and got the thing up and running for the price they had originally quoted. They also decined to accept a tip for all the hard work...If these guys are any indication of their regular level of service, I will use this company from now on. I'd like to add, even the phone staff was efficient and polite. (See More)

I used this company twice. Was pleased with the overall courteous demeanor of the technicians, but not with the overall outcome. In the spring they originally serviced/replaced the compressor at a costly $2000 which included a "service plan." By July the AC was out. Despite the service plan I was still charged $120 to run a diagnostic. I was told I needed a new unit and was quoted over $8000. The only other option given was another repair estimated at another $2000. The tech didn't even comment on insulation missing from the outdoor unit piping. The next day I called another company. First thing they said they would do FREE regardless of whether they did any other service was reward the pipe with insulation and they got my AC cooling in under an hour for a mere fraction of the cost. Manoel knew what the issue with my AC was within 5 minutes. He knew exactly what it was and how to fix it. (making a broken AC in the middle of summer not such a big deal.) It s employees like this that make me keep going back to Will Fix It. (See More)
