Romero fixed my Lennox A/C and did an outstanding job. He worked several hours on it to include talking for Lennox TierIII engineers. His technical knowledge and experience were proven to me in the way he replaced a couple of circuit boards and discovered a wiring situation that needed to be corrected. Warranty covered parts and I had to pay a very reasonable labor charge for the amount of work and the wiring fix is a no charge call. Eddie Ramirez the A/C supervisor makes himself readily available to customers to answer questions about the repair process and determines the labor charges. Mr. Aldana arrived promptly to service my air conditioner. He was polite, professional, well-mannered. He took care of servicing my equipment in a timely manner, recommended updating some elements, which I took him up on, and completed his work promptly. When he finished, he retired to his truck presumably to write up his work or receive his next assignment. In the meantime I received a frantic call from a neighbor whose husband was out of town, saying she was experiencing a flood of water in her home. I dashed to her house, where water was forcefully spraying out from the bottom of a toilet tank. She had tried to close the cut-off valve, but could not close it. I also tried, but couldn't move it either. I dashed back to my house, as Mr. Aldana's truck was still in front, I caught him and asked for his help. He explained he was not a licensed plumber, so couldn't help. I explained that all we needed was some help shutting off the neighbor's water. He immediately came, with a tool, and was able to shut the water off for us. Afterward, he had Will Fix It send a plumber out to repair the leak. He also contacted a company that came out to the house to assess damage and remove the water. Mr. Aldana was a champ! He went above and beyond the call of duty to help a neighbor in crisis. I had a new Heat Pump/AC system installed to replace a 13 year old unit that had developed problems. Replacement was the most dependable option. Ramiro came out on Sat, 6/20 to give and estimate and later to install a REME/Pure air UV system on an existing system (one of two systems in house). Ramiro was pleasant, professional, and answered all our questions. Hector and Edgar install the complete Heat Pump/AC system this Sunday, 6/21, which is also Father's Day. Hector and Edgar were also pleasant, professional, cleanly, kept our house neat, and answered all our questions. Very pleased with my first experience with Will Fix It. My neighbor recommended them. The other times I called was because they were the only ones available, It was Sunday afternoon I had guest coming over and both of my AC units went out. Being without an air conditioner in the summer is no bueno! When our compressor starting making bad noises at 3AM, we immediately called Will Fix It. The dispatcher on duty got all our information and told us a technician would be to our home after 800AM that morning.
Ramiro showed up early within the window of time, got our symptoms, checked our unit out and recommended a fix. Since we are members of their service club we got a discount on the part needed. Ramiro quickly installed it.
He also checked our filter, recommended it get changed in the fall. He also gave us the name of a person who could help us with the ceiling vent stains.
All in all, A painless, less expensive fix than I had anticipated.

Air Conditioner quick working in late afternoon. I called Will Fix It and was informed that a Tech would come out late at night. Ramiro arrived around 11:45 PM. after having other jobs done by diffrent companies, that was less then desirable i thought what do i have to lose, lets try " will fix it " well i did lose, all the other companies. i was very happy with who they sent out to do the work. We would like to highly commend Mr. Ramiro Aldana and express our appreciation for the professionalism, courtesy, and conscientious job he did ensuring the installation of our air conditioning unit was in perfect working order after his crew completed the job. He explained every detail of what they had done and answered all our questions or concerns. When we experienced a little change in the temperature reading from what we had set the unit on the following week, he returned promptly and went through every area where the problem might exist until he repaired it. His knowledge and 17 years of experience assured us that we had undoubtedly chosen the right company to do the job.
Regrettably, during the past seven years, we had numerous problems with our old unit and had several different companies work on our system. Mr. Aldana’s performance was a breath of fresh air and far superior to the technicians from all of the other companies. (See More)

As always from the time Toby arrived and departed, he was a professional all the way. His inspection was handled with precision, and was concerned with all aspects of the checklist. When the water was draining he showed me the sediment that came out, and also explained the importance of having this done 2x a year. toby also called the dispatcherto schedule a electrician to take of the cutoff for water heater.
