We are writing this letter of appreciation on behalf of Mr. Robert(Bobby) Guerra. On August 9, 2018, Mr. Guerra came to our house as a technician representing your company in response to our telephone call. He came to fix our heater which was leaking.
From the very first moment, Mr. Guerra conducted himself very professionally. He assessed the situation thoroughly and diligently, and in a straightforward manner, provided us with a clear explanation of the fact that the water heater was beyond repair. It had to be replaced as well as the water pressure valve , which was not functioning properly.
He provided us with some clear alternative solutions and the cost involved. We agreed to purchase a new water heater and the water pressure valve, which he installed the next day .
Throughout the day of the installation, despite the harsh weather conditions of temperatures reaching over 100 degrees , Mr. Guerra maintained his kind and cheerful character. His dedication and concern for our safety and comfort was obviously present on his mind at all time.
We want to express our sincere appreciation for your prompt and effective response at a time when we needed it. At the same time, we want to convey our gratitude to Mr. Guerra- the plumber for his friendly and professional overall service. Your company should be very proud to have him as your representative and resource.
Since he is not aware of this gesture of ours, we would be very appreciative if you could provide him with a copy of this letter.

We had a serious leak in one of our bathrooms and because my daughter had recently received prompt and courteous service from them a few weeks ago, I immediately called Will Fix It. They were very prompt in addressing my issue and arranged for a plumbing expert to come out. Our "expert " was Bobby G.....he called 45min early to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. Let me just say that Bobby Guerra gave us the best possible service yesterday in replacing our hot water heater. If you ever get a chance to ask for Bobby G at Will Fix It...by all means, do so. You will not regret it. He's fantastic!!
Yesterday I woke up and noticed our hot water was only lukewarm. My wife called Will Fix It and they sent Bobby Guerra out within a few hours. He walked in and within minutes found our hot water heater was cracked and leaking. He even walked my wife outside and showed her the line where the water was leaking from the tank. Bobby explained three different options we could choose to replace the hot water heater. After making our choice, Bobby had to wait until the new water heater arrived. So, while he was waiting, he did a survey of all our plumbing, made a few minor adjustments and asked how everything was operating. He answered all my wife's questions and was extremely knowledgable. When the new water heater arrived, he had the old one out and the new one installed in record time. What a great guy. I wish all service technicians were as helpful and knowledgable.
