Mario did great job explain what we needed and understood out price range. He did everything he could to get my daughter with a lung disease exactly what we needed and made great recommendations. He followed up and made sure we could get an install as quick as possible to make sure we had a heater before winter time (less than 48 hours away)

Both Edgar and Hector from Will-Fix-It did an amazing 110% job at installing our new ac and condenser units. They were professionally respectful and friendly, and communicated great with us.
Update 06/28/18: while the installation was 99% perfect, an issue appeared when we noticed condensation leaking from our AC. I called Will-Fix-It earlier this morning and scheduled an appointment today. Dillon, another respectful and friendly technician, reviewed our problem and easily fixed it with no issues.
Though we came across this issue the same night of the installation, with critical thinking and great customer service, my family has air conditioning again. (See More)

The fan motor died on my 12 years central AC. Mario Olivares showed up earlier than the time frame given and provided a lot of helpful options, which included working on the current issue or replacing the system. After deciding to replace the unit, the HVAC Technicians Hector and Edgar did a great job. The placed carpeting to avoid any messes inside the house, they left their work areas clear of debris, and both technicians were helpful in answering my questions. (See More)

Hector and Edgar installed our last heat and AC unit and installed our second unit this past month. Both times they did a great job. We didn't have any issues after the first installation at all. So, we requested them. They are careful to keep your house clean, they are courteous, and very professional. We should be set for 8 to 10 years now. I highly recommend these guys. Edgardo and Victor installed a Lennox 19 seer A/C&Heater unit at my home on March 16th. My house was built in 1977 and the coils and condenser dated back to roughly 2000. They both worked very to get the unit installed in one day. I was impressed by how professional they were, how they provided installation status throughout the day, and truly, how they went the extra mile in the effort they put into removing the old and installing the new equipment. They did not want to leave until they knew everything was done right. I must say the unit's operability is impressive. With that said, I want to thank Manoel Luna for recommending this Lennox model. I appreciated the fact he did not take a hard sell approach, and basically led a productive discussion of the and - of various units based on my home's size and structure and made some very good non technical points (i.e. impact on home saleability, warranty and company support). I enjoyed speaking to Eddie over the phone. He provided some valuable additional information and recommendations about the Lennox unit and some insight into the insulation project Will Fix it will do this coming Tuesday. If possible, please pass my comments to Corporate in Houston. Thank you very much for a job well done. It's never easy to relize that you entire A/C system needs to be replaced, but when it happens right at Christmas it kind of takes the wind out of your sails. The unit was 14 years old. We called Will Fix It Dec. 26th and made an appointment for the following morning. Daryl can out on time and went throught all our opptions. Not once did we feel that he was looking for a hard sale. We were surprised how much cheaper it was than what we thought it would be. He set the wheels in motion. Hector and Edgar came and installed our new system in one day, explained everything and even hauled the old unit away. Terry the field supervisor came to look at an area in the house that had always stayed ice cold no mater what. A big thank you also goes out to Chelsea V. for getting me all the forms and filling them out for my tax rebate AND my power company. We now have an up to date system, are useing less power plus got rebates on our taxes and electrical company. Oh and the room that was always cold. Its the same as all the other rooms now. (See More)

We recently replaced our entire air conditioner system with Will Fix It. The sales team worked very hard to bring the job into a very affordable price (I had 3 bids) and handled all rebate paperwork. They also jumped through hoops to do it the same day I called. Edgar and Hector worked tirelessly and meticulously until 10pm am and were incredibly knowledable about this very challenging job. The new system is life changing and so glad they told me to get the Meme Halo air purifier - it is amazing. The company's commitment to customer service I the best I have ever seen. My A/C unit went down for the last time on July 4th, 2016. The "Will" Fix It company had a new unit up and running the next day, due to Hector and Edgar's focused work. They even took out the old cement block support and placed a new slab for the new unit's foundation. Not shabby work at all. They also installed a new heating unit as my older heating system died last Fall. These men also paid close attention to detail. For example, I have uninvited rodents in my attic that I had paid previously to have removed, but were back in 3 months time. Hector & Edgar's work included installing a metal barrier above the newly installed heater system. Until I can get the critters evicted again, I have security in having a protective barrier. Hard work, dedication, and professionalism to replace our A/C unit is what you'll get with Will Fix It HVAC Installer Edgar. They arrived at the house around 9am and him and his partner worked through lunch and finished up around 8pm that evening. Even after a long day, they replaced a wall thermostat that my wife wanted for our new unit. They didn't complain, they did the job in ten minutes. Before they left they took the time with us to show us the work the did and were very patient in explaining everything to us. I am have been using Will Fix It for my AC and plumbing needs for several years now. I am glad that I can call when I need any service and be able to get a technician to my house pretty quickly-sometimes even the same day. Not many companies are able to do this. The technicians, Eddy and Juan recently serviced my AC and both gentlemen where pleasant and respectful of my property. The job took longer than anticipated but both techs kept me in the loop of what was happening. I really appreciated that. A little on the expensive side but cheaper is not always better! I gladly recommend WFI for home repairs. (See More)
