I was having trouble with my hot water heater and was referred to Will Fix It by a neighbor. I am so glad I called them! Shaun came out the very next day, and I couldn't have asked for better service. He was thorough with his assessment, informing me of what was going on and my options. He and Mike ended up installing a water softener system and a new hot water heater. Although they ended up staying later than initially planned for a simple repair, they never appeared rushed and didn't leave until they had reviewed the care/maintenance of the new equipment with me. After realizing I had to replace my water heater, I went to Home Depot to get some prices. John (Bitters) told me about the partnership they have with Will Fix It. I had previously used and recommend WFI many times several years ago so I was open to using them again if I decided to have a professional installation.
John called the WFI representative to have someone come out and give me a quote. She asked if I could be home in 30-45 minutes? I told her 15 minutes tops. I was more than thrilled to get moving on it so quickly. I left HD at 10:19 to go home anxious to get this resolved.
By 11:45 nobody had shown up so we called WFI, spoke with Priscilla who said she didn't know if we would be home so she sent the tech to another job. She stated someone would be out by 1 p.m. At 1:06 I called again only to be told she would call a tech and call me back. Priscilla never called me back and I left my house at 2:24 thinking the heck with this company I'll figure something else out and WFI has just lost a customer because someone couldn't make a simple phone call and follow up with me.
About to get on the freeway we passed the WFI service truck & figured it was heading to our house so we turned around and went back. We
met the technician, Shaun N, explained the situation of waiting almost 3 hours and no call back from Priscilla; he apologized profusely although it was not his fault at all. He offered to take a look at it and I agreed to it.
I am now the owner of a brand new water heater and completely satisfied. But only because Shaun completely turned the situation around. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home leaving the work area clean as possible and neat. He explained how to change the temperature control, the recommended maintenance, and paperwork. I will use Will Fix It again and ask for Shaun N because of the service HE provided today. I hope management will take a look at the service or lack thereof from other staff members. Maybe additional training is called for.

It was a real pleasure to meet and work with Shaun Neidig.
My old water softner was leaking water all over the garage floor and I had no means of cutting the water off to the softner. Shaun arrived around 3PM .He explained the problem with the softner and advised me that it was not worth fixing. I asked him how soon he could install a new softner if I bought one immediately and he said, "right now'. i bought it and he worked until after 8PM reinstalling the softner. He went out of his way to do a complete and professional job. Shaun was professional , courteous and a outstanding plumber. This is the first time I have used youir company but I can assure you I will call you first if I need any more work done.

I called for service about 7:15 or 7:30. Shaun called within 30 mins and was at my home by 9:00pm. He was extremely professional, inspected the water heater and then gave me three choices. He did not try to pressure me into buying any of them. Once I decided on a pa Kate he proceeded to remove the old tank and request the new one. The new tank was installed and everything in sorking order by 12:30 am. They left no trace of such a large job being done. Everything was clean and tidy when they left. Yesterday, I called up Will Fix It as a backup to my home warranty provider. They were able to dispatch a technician to my house within one hour of calling them to diagnose my broken water heater. I ended up needing a whole new water heater, and I chose Will Fix It because they were able to do it the same day and offered a better warranty than the company sent by my home warranty program. Shaun N. replaced my broken water heater same-day as promised, and was back out again with Jordan M. to install my new water softener today. Both were very professional, straight-forward, and walked me through everything. The level of service provided by this company is exceptional. Wow! That is the word the company I work for uses when employees go above and beyond. Shaun N. just left my home after installing a new hot water heater and the experience was excellent. Shaun carefully presented my options. After I made my choice, he explained in more detail what I had chosen including the breakdown of the cost. I was excited to learn the water heater could be installed today, and I would finally have a hot shower to begin my weekend. I needed info about installing an ice line for a new refrigerator and a possible water softener. We discussed those items and issues that could affect them. I was online a good deal of the time Shawn was here, researching his comments and estimates. He tested my water pressure and checked the age of my water heater. He collected the data that enabled me to make an informed decision. Yes, it will cost me more than I would like but I am getting everything I need. Shawn really worked with me to keep the price reasonable. In the long run, I am getting everything I wanted and would have needed in the next 2 years at one time.
