Shaun N. was awesome! He came for an estimate for a water heater I purchased last night. He was able to explain everything in detail and I upgraded my water softener too. Something I wanted to do for a while. He installed my water heater up to building codes and was detailed explaining the units functions. I also wanted to thank Mike R for helping him. I know it was not easy and worked for 6 hours straight with no breaks. Thanks again. (See More)
