Excellent Service..... Not only did Mario O. arrive when promised, he worked within our budget to keep our air conditioner running until we are in a position to purchase a new unit. Our air conditioner went out on a Monday night and I called early Tuesday morning for service. Ace was very knowledgable, friendly and helped guide us in our decision to replace our old a/c unit with a brand new system. That is where the good thing I have to say about the company end. The installers showed up late the fist day and didn't want to start the install until the next day and did show up early as requested to get started and almost finished that evening but were missing a part that would require them to return the next morning. My husband asked them to please come early enough that he could leave for work at 1:00 that afternoon but they did not show up until late morning and did not leave until 1:45! The installers left mud, nails and wood chips throughout the stairwell and landing at the top of the stairs, left gouges in my paint and doorway above the bathroom where the unit was being installed and insulation scattered about my yard. Upon returning home at 7:00 P.M. on the day they "finished" our home was a miserable 78 degrees and the new a/c was not working. It's Thursday evening and we are waiting for someone to show up to fix our new a/c that has yet to function. I am hopeful that they can and will rectify the situation and will update my review if I am satisfied. Otherwise I will be contacting BBB. (See More)
