It is not every day you can pay over $8,000 for a whole plumbing overhaul and happily do it, but here I find myself because of Ernest Turner, Jr. I was having a few odds and ends type issues (a tub not draining, a loose toilet, 2 other toilets running, and low water pressure). We have a large group of our family visiting in 1 week and decided enough is enough and called Will Fix It. I was lucky enough to get an appointment the same day I called and was far luckier to be paired with Ernest. He came out, started walking through the home with me and told me he knew what my problem was. He was then able to tell me my entire water softener system, down to the model, without seeing it yet. It seems that my water softener of only 1 year was way too under powered for the size of my home and (hand to God) he exactly guessed the issue. He was able to step me through every issue and fix for the items bothering me. He didn't even get frustrated when I asked him to repeat himself for my husband so I didn't mis-speak. He obviously was incredibly knowledgeable and never once did I feel like he was selling me something (which tends to happen A LOT)! I ended up getting a new softener, replacing the blown PRV, getting 1 new toilet and a rebuild on the other and both water heaters replaced. It was a lot of work, but I knew if we skipped something now, it would only be a major issue down the road. Ernest was nothing but incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding through the entire process. He even offered to do the install the next morning. For my own schedule, I couldn't, but everything was installed today while I was at work. I honestly think everything may be cleaner than when I left. They even swept the leaves out of my garage during their clean up from the water softener repair to make sure nothing sharp was left behind. He walked me through every repair and I have never been so impressed for so much to be done in such a relatively small amount of time. I would never have paid $8,000 for anyone else to do the work. In my opinion, I paid Ernest, not even Will Fix It, for his extraordinary work. He is an asset to your team and I will only use him in the future for my plumbing needs. He has proven his worth in gold (literally) and I believe Will Fix It is incredibly lucky to call him one of their install technicians. I cannot recommend Ernest Turner, Jr. any higher. Ernest Turner did an amazing job fixing our shower faucet! We had to shut off the water to the entire house due to this shower. My hot water heater went out and I needed a replacement, I called will fix it for advice on choosing a tank or a tankless unite. The plumbing specialist was Ernest Turner, He gave me the pro and con of having each unit. I chose the tankless unit because it provides hot water as needed. Ernest and Dayan installed my heater with such professionalism and accuracy, they checked and rechecked to make sure everything was working properly. They even cleaned up all of the trash from the unit. I really appreciate their knowledge , friendliness and professionalism. I was so happy with their work I took pictures to share with my family. My dad was a very good plumber, so my expectations for an unknown plumber are already high. Ernest didn't disappoint. He was punctual, courteous, friendly, and worked hard to remove the old low boy water heater from a tight space. With the new water heater installed, all the water lines were connected just the way my dad would've done it: clean and tidy! Will Fix It was helpful because they were able to quickly fix the problem, though the cost was way too high but given I had no water on a Friday, I didn't have many options. Ernest T was a great technician so I don't fault him though I do feel like the costs of the company he works for are high. His quote on installing a PRV was also high considering the valve is about $60-75 from Home Depot and installation time is about 1-1.5 hours (the quote was for about $900 ). He also said I needed a reservoir which I know I don't need but his spec sheet shows "I need it." Like I said, Ernest was great but the company's prices are far too high for me to use them again. On 5/6 we had a water leak within a wall that involved our bedroom and a bathroom. Ernest and Daylan's arrived around 4pm (on a Friday night no less) and worked until 10pm to assure we would have water. Neither one stopped for dinner. They returned on Monday to repair and run new lines and again worked through lunch. Both Ernest and Daylan were very professional, courteous and respectful of our home. They explained everything they had to do with great detail. Because of them I will recommend your company to my family and friends. Direct and to the point with no BS regarding price and no game playing regarding unnecessary or frivolous unneeded items. My water heater wore out and was leaking - time for a new heater, which two teams of plumbers verified before I hired Ernest T and Beau from Will Fix It. Ernest clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience - best of all, he was thorough and comprehensive in his explanation of what was wrong, what could be done, what needed to be done, options, etc. He was patient and I feel that I learned a lot about the situation which helped me to feel confident in the decision I made. The job was not inexpensive and had I spent a lot of time shopping around I suspect I could have saved some money, though for everything they provided and how easy they made it for me, I don't think by much. Also, much of the time you get what you pay for and I feel like I received top quality work. Watching him install the tank and all the accessories was watching a master technician, or artist, at work. IT wasn't overpriced - it was a substantial cost for an excellent, reliable job. Ernest T. and his assistant were prompt and friendly throughout the entire job. I will consider hiring Ernest for any future plumbing needs and I feel if I absolutely need any kind of work done at the home and want it done right, Will Fix It will provide quality service. Ernest came to my house to fix a water line leak. As soon as he came in he put boot covers on, was very professional and supplied me a written quote. He completed the work, cleaned up the water and the place looked like nothing had happened. Ernest is very courteous and efficient and a pleasure to work with.
