Joe Perez was our AC tech that showed up early on Labor Day Monday when our AC unit wouldn't come on. Joe was very quick to fix our problem. We liked that he was very knowledgeable about our AC unit, plus he started out with the obvious and most cost efficient solution in order to fix our unit. We've had other companies that want to sell us a brand new unit right away without a thorough inspection. So, we appreciate Joe's honestly and integrity when it comes to saving us money and doing a great job. We would definitely use Will Fix It again for any AC problems and would highly recommend Joe Perez for a job well done. (See More)

The service tech Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable with questions I had. They were quick with scheduling and arrived in a timely manner. They provide courtesy calls to ensure the time is still appropriate with your schedule. I give them a 5-star rating in service and professionalism BUT it be nice if they could lower their fees. lol IJS -I'm a nursing student so yes that means I'm broke. -He was kind enough to give me a discount BUT again the price is a lil steep for my budget, but gotta get things fixed some way some how.
