Chris Nagy was my follow-up after install manager for my recent attic insulation installation on 10 Feb 2015. I had several concerns about the work done, equipment used, and some damage to my property. Chris responded promptly, even in the midst of a personal emergency and came in person to my home for an inspection and evaluation. The thing that was most impressive about Chris was his honesty and straight forwardness about the work done. He like myself was not happy and he immediately gave me a plan to make things right. This included a return visit by another crew to correct errors and/or deficiencies in the job as well as an offer to compensate for damage done by offering help with my two inoperative attic fans. He sent out the crew to do the insulation, baffle, and light dam work as well as an electrician to evaluate the status of power to my fans. The insulation was made right and the electricians installed new fan motors. Chris was outstanding through it all. Well done! Thanks (See More)
