This was my first experience with Will Fix It services. I am pleasantly surprised on how prompt their response was to my plumbing issue and Jorge R provided excellent customer service. He readily collaborated with me on the best resolutions to a leaky bathroom sink and he explained what happened and how it happened. Who knew that my AC drip was routed to my guest bathroom sink? I surely didn’t and last month when the AC repairman cleaned out my AC lines, the “gunk†was blown right into that pipe in the bathroom.
What I really loved about Jorge’s service is that he also provided me with several other easy maintenance tasks I could perform to mitigate future problems with clogged sinks. He educated me on the best merchants to purchase high quality fixtures and recommended future enhancements to my water heater and plumbing. (I think a water softener will be next on my “to-do†list.) Jorge was friendly and courteous.
