I called for a repairman, and supervisor Eddie Ramirez immediately sent out Tom P. who said the old unit was not worth fixing. Mario O. came out, checked everything and gave a quote. The next day, Eddie Ramirez sent a two man crew, Hector & Edgar, who slaved non-stop in the heat installing a new unit. Tom, Mario, & Eddie checked in to see if everything was going OK. All employees were contentiousness, honest, ethical, and extremely professional. I, and my family, are customers for life. (See More)

Will Fix It's excellent crew installed my HVAC units in 2014. On 9/29/2016, I received my second heating tuneup/maintenance from Will Fix It and ended up getting one of the best technicians named Tom P. Tom was very professional and knowledgeable and provided an excellent service. Tom also answered all of my concerns. For now on, I will make sure that I ask for Tom P. for maintenance on my HVAC units. It is my belief that if you find someone who is good and professional at what the do, stick with them. (See More)

Tom P. from Will Fix It is just plain ole awesome! Very professional, prompt, courteous and patient. He diagnosed the problem extremely quick and took the time to breakdown everything he was doing and answered every question I asked in detail. He's very personable and considerate. He put booties on without me having to ask (some techs ask if you want them to because it's a real hassle.) and worked with a purpose. If all of the Will Fix It techs are like Tom, then this company just earned my business because the next time something happens, I'm calling them first. Outstanding service and I even posted this to our neighborhood facebook page. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat because of his service!!!!! (See More)

Tom arrived punctual at the promised time. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly (and permanently!). He also took time to describe me what the cause of the problem was, what was the cause (ants in the main relays), and how to prevent that from happening again. Price was right, given the part and the time he needed to replace it. In summary, he did an outstanding service: more of a reason to call Will Fix it again. (See More)

Just had our A/C system check BY: TOM. He performed a complete inspection of the system. He is very professional and courteous. He recommended surge protectors for our system in order to avoid costly repairs in the future. I believe that it's a good idea and had them installed. During the tune up Tom found a gas leak associated with our furnace. He made recommendations and a repair will be performed ASAP. We are very grateful for Tom taking the time to detect and locate the natural gas leak as this could have had a fatal outcome if left undetected.
