It's never easy to relize that you entire A/C system needs to be replaced, but when it happens right at Christmas it kind of takes the wind out of your sails. The unit was 14 years old. We called Will Fix It Dec. 26th and made an appointment for the following morning. Daryl can out on time and went throught all our opptions. Not once did we feel that he was looking for a hard sale. We were surprised how much cheaper it was than what we thought it would be. He set the wheels in motion. Hector and Edgar came and installed our new system in one day, explained everything and even hauled the old unit away. Terry the field supervisor came to look at an area in the house that had always stayed ice cold no mater what. A big thank you also goes out to Chelsea V. for getting me all the forms and filling them out for my tax rebate AND my power company. We now have an up to date system, are useing less power plus got rebates on our taxes and electrical company. Oh and the room that was always cold. Its the same as all the other rooms now. (See More)

I contacted Will Fix It on the internet last night and received a call back at 7:30 this morning, scheduled a tech to come out to my home between 9 and 11. He was early and very professional and polite. He discovered the problem right away and gave me several options of service/payment. I told him that I have major allergies and he informed me of a new option that can be installed for allergy suffers (and I am going to look into this). Terry Brien was very helpful and considerate of my Persian carpets...wore boot covers and even cleaned my outside ac unit..and of course fixed the problem with my ac. I highly recommend this company and Terry is a super terrific HVAC tech who really knows his stuff. Thanks to Will Fix It I will not be suffering in the heat!! (See More)

Terry Brien and his partner responded to our call for service ref our HVAC themostat. A service on the HVAC unit was not scheduled until later in the week, Brien decided to work both the same day...great! With the rains, our new water heater had shut down that morning. Brien looked at the problem, contacted the water heater folks at WFI and determined that the humidity sensor has shut off the unit. He corrected the problem and showed us how to overcome "high humidity" within the garage in the future. Thanks, great service. (See More)

Terry Daniels arrived right at the start of my two hour window and promptly diagnosed my AC water back up problem and explained the situation to me. He left to get tools he needed and promptly returned, working through lunch time. Fixing got a bit more complicated than planned and he had to make a trip under the house through a very small closet floor crawl space to fix a pipe. I got home around midnight on 8/8/15 and realized my house was 80 degrees HOT! I immediately contacted Will Fix It and set up an appointment for service call the next morning. Terry B arrived around 10:30 and began the work on my AC. He was courteous and explained each thing in detail. He found the problem almost immediately and proceeded to make the necessary repairs to my outside unit. Thankfully, the repairs were under $500.00! My past experiences with Will Fix It have all been 5- stars with initial installation to minor fixes. Unfortunately, with the required details of posting I opted not to post.
Recently, Terry Brien tackled a recurring problem on my Will Fix It-installed unit. He was very prompt, courteous, and professional in his work and in explaining the problem to us.before coming to a solution and finally fixing the problem involving 30 year old buried cable. It is possible that I may still have to do some work with this system but I would still use his services. Thank you all and thanks, Terry

I had Rudy Flores come out after Champion AC installed my outdoor fan on BACKWARDS! My whole system was overheating. Rudy found the problem and even rewired the mess that Champion left. I'm going to need to replace my AC, but Will Fix It gave me a very fair price. Overall, I think I learned a lesson as to who to call for HVAC in the future! (See More)
