We needed a kitchen faucet repair. It needed a new cartridge, however this cartridge was no where to be found. We ended up getting a new faucet and Brian was very professional and kept us informed every step of the way on its installation. Very efficient and courteous. Please commend plumber Brian Medelez for outstanding service conducted on March 12th. Brian, brilliantly isolated, detected and located a seperate issue I was having with noise believed to be coming out of my AC handler. Additionally, he conducted wonderful routing flushing and inspection of my water heater unit, as well as inpsection of my water softener unit, r/o unit, sinks, faucets, toilets and associated plumbing fixtures. Brian Medelez and Colby were extremely professional, personable, and experienced. Together they checked out my water heater that continued to trip the circuit breaker. They provided me a quote, got approval, went to get the materials, came back, and removed old tank and installed the new one in about 2.5 hours. They worked diligently and were very courteous to my concerns and questions. I would happily use them in the future and rest assured of the quality and dependability on their service and products. Had a water main break, no water and 5 people living in the house, one is a 23 month old Grandson. Called a lot of local plumber, most said Sat or Mon. Checked the internet again and found Will Fix It. Phone was answered, I explained the problem, the young lady said she would check with her dispatcher and get back to me. It was raining and I had resigned myself that Sat or Mon would be when the problem got fixed. I went and bought drinking water. I was contacted and told a Plumbing Tech would be out by 7PM, Brian Medelez was there right at 7, the rain stopped and the Sun came out. He went right to work and replaced the broken pipe and installed a new valve. He was very friendly, answered all my question and we chatted while he worked. The price was much lower than I expected and the work was quick and we received a Senior and military discount. Will Fix It is the only plumber I will call from now on. The only frustrating part was that I had to wait 3 days (requested service on Friday, couldn't come out until Monday) and they were 3 hours after the scheduled window for arrival. Phenomenal service! We had been having "back up" issues for a while and couldn't figure out exactly why. The technicians at Will Fix It were very helpful, informative, professional and courteous. They helped us pinpoint what the problem was. It turns out that during construction of the house, the installation of the plumbing was fouled up between floors, leaving a constant pool of water in the pipe causing debris to settle there and build up. I needed a reasonably priced water heater. I had 3 plumbing companies come out to give estimates. The reason I chose WILL FIX IT was Brian's attitude. He was straight forward and obviously an expert on water heaters. I asked him several questions and got short, honest answers with no bull. Brian is a journeyman plumber. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Finally, WILL FIX IT likes to have the estimator also do the installation and also do repairs if necessary - I like that continuity.
