I was given an appointment for Saturday from 4 - 6 pm. At 3 pm I received a call stating they had no plumber to make that appointment and I could be rescheduled for next Tuesday. When I made the appointment I told them I had a leak coming from our home and I also had a flood. If we were not going to get a plumber on Saturday like scheduled we should have been told in the morning so we could try and get someone else to come out. This is the worst thing that could happen to us. I cannot blame a technician because I don't know who was scheduled to come out. I have used Will Fix It since 2010 and have had many issues but still keep going back to them. This will be the last time I contact Will Fix It for anything. Not professional. (See More)
