Eric Duran arrived at my home to repair my AC system as scheduled. He was able to identify the problem with the AC unit immediately and had the necessary replacement part on his truck. The actual repair took only about 15 minutes~ we could feel the change in the air inside the house right away. Eric made a thorough inspection of my AC system to be sure that there were no other problems and then finished the usual paperwork. What a blessing to watch a knowledgeable technician resolve our utility problem so quickly!
I have always had positive results when calling Will Fix It to resolve AC and plumbing issues. All of their employees are well trained, personable and conduct themselves in a professional manner~ Eric is certainly proof of that!
