Todd G was super--easy to talk with, did a great job in less time than I expected--was careful about not leaving water, and cleaning up after the job. He went above to help me! Roger was his helper (I'm assuming) and he was nice, too. The next time I need Will Fix It, I hope I'm blessed enough to get Todd and Roger back. (See More)

Todd was so good! Easy to talk with and friendly, professional yet not at all stuffy, he knew his job well and our new toilets are working great today! And he worked well with his helper Roger. They were dressed nicely, worked steadily for a couple of hours, cleaned up extremely well after the job was complete, even outside in the driveway, and I thank God that Todd and Roger were the techs sent out to us! Everything was packaged so Todd could get his job done quickly and efficiently. Home Depot's web site puts the job at 45 minutes, but if there had not been a problem connecting to home depot so that we could finish the paperwork, Todd would have been in and out in less than 20 minutes, and that includes running water, turning on the disposal, and checking all the drains to ensure there were no leaks. Todd G. and his assistant did an outstanding job removing and installing my new water heater. They were very respectful of the fact that we recently had new carpet installed so they laid out protective plastic to ensure that nothing spilled on it and also wore the protective covers over their shoes every trip up and down the stairs. And at the end of the installation, they ensured everything was working properly before they left. I am truly pleased that they were the ones that got assigned to this job. They gave a very fair and competitive price of how much it would cost, a few days before they were going to be installed. And was pretty impressed that they respected and honored military service and veterans by giving a military discount when asked. Todd G. did a great job on the installations! He was very thorough and respectful and politely answered any questions I had. And was patient while I changed out the plywood for the water heater base. I would use Will Fix It again. Todd German and Ramiro showed up today. Todd was my plumbing professional - he flushed the water heater and fixed the water pressure in my shower. Was completely professional, didn't track dirt in my place (it was rainy today), and so nice. Very pleasant interaction. Ramiro cleaned my AC filter, helped me understand how the unit worked and was also so professinal, helpful, and was very careful not to track any mud in my house.
I have not worked with Will Fix It before but this experience has netted them a customer for life. Great service. (See More)

Had a Rheeme Hybrid water heater installed up to code. Since there is a condensation connection, the fitting needed to be passed outside the house so a drill hole was necessary. The steps taken during the install process was explained; great service. (See More)
