On March 26 Will Fix It sent Emilio to my residence to work on my kitchen remodel. He did extensive work on the plumbing that would be used for the Sink. He is an excellent plumber and completed the work without any problems. All the plumbing that was servicing that sink had to be torn out and put in new, including the vent pipe that went through the roof. Emilio completed the work and when the sink was hooked up the plumbing Emilio installed worked as expected with no problems. I have been using Will Fix It exclusively for several years, and as long as they have dedicated and professional Technicians like Emilio, they will always have my business. (See More)

Thursday, 10-11-18 one of your techs cleaned my main sewer line. A shot time later, I checked a line that joined it and drains well; it was not draining. I called and told that a tech would be here in an hour. No one called, and no one came. Early 10-12-18, I called and was given an appointment for time BEFORE 12:00. A called told me that it was moved to 12:00-4:00, and I said that I had to leave by 4:30. No one called and no one came. I left at 4:30. At 4:30+ someone called and said that a tech was at my door. I was gone. Now I have an appointment for Tuesday, 10-16-18. I am wondering if, when, and what. (See More)
