Colby came by our house to install an instant on hot water system for my sink. He did an absolutely outstanding job of installing this apparatus. He was punctual he was friendly he explained everything that he was going to do. And I couldn’t be more proud of the way he did his work and we discussed what it needed to be done in a way that easy to understand. And it was done expertly. Clearly Colby is an asset to your organization. If ever we need any plumbing to be done, will fix it will be the first to call with the hopes of having Colby assigned a new work. I also want to add the young ladies who broke up with me on the phone and setting up the appointment and processing the payment. The service person who help me was in informative and did great work, it took the third try to get the work done right , 3 days of taking time of from work. Now I am trying to set up an appointment for inspection from the city. I did set an appointment, took of work call the agent, she informed me that they didn't set anything up. Now I am out another day of work. This has taken a toll on me and my finances . No appolage no real savings . Still have to deal with this company . Now set another time for city inspection. Let's see if it will be setup, another day off from work. Not going to recommend this compay. (See More)
