Ernest is fabulous at his craft! I have had Ernest come out on two calls now and both times I am blown away with his knowledge and customer service. A big thank you to the team at Will Fix It. The office staff took my information and told me she could send someone that afternoon. A service team lead by Ernest Turner came to assess the problems. He made 3 recommendations to resolve the problems. I made the decision and he and his partner came the next day and fixed EVERYTHING that was needed. Mr turner was very professional and honest with the us, he gave us a few options on how to handle the problem. And how we might in the future want to do preventive work done so this isn't a recurring problem. I would definitely call them again. (See More)
