What we thought was just a clogged pipe ended up being a big job. Joseph showed us on the camera what the problem was and helped us with our options. During the work we ran into a little hiccup but all the guys and the ladies on the phone were quick to fix the problem. Thank you to all that worked on our big job. Joseph, Chris, Mike, Lee, Corey, Rosey, and there were a few more that i didnt catch the names. Thank you all a great deal and my tortoise Tank thanks you for not disrupting his enclosure. (See More)

The initial technician came out and was able to quickly locate the source of the leak. He stated that a master plumber would do the install to correct the leak. Lee P. was the master plumber and he did a fantastic job. He explained everything in great detail regarding the job, worked diligently and cleaned up thoroughly after finishing. He additionally took the time to explain various aspects of the entire homes plumbing and any issues that may arise in the future. (See More)

It is a pleasure to recommend Lee Palomino to anyone needing help with a plumbing issue. Lee came out to my house and gave me a complete and thorough explanation in writing about the 2 toilets that I needed to replace. He also checked all my other faucet and water connections. He was so very polite and courteous as well as knowledgeable. His estimates were absolutely free. Then when I called back several days later, he was prompt and efficient in handling my installations in addition to being careful and leaving everything neat and spotless. Leaky faucet: First let me say Lee was excellent when it came to cleaning up while he worked. He was prepaired with towels to keep the work area from being damaged and kept the area neat. Lee came out to the house to fix our leaky kitchen faucet. Upon arrival he introduced himself, came in and had his shoes covered while in my home. He provided us with 5 different solutions from a New faucet to replacing parts. Originally we wanted the lowest costing option but when Lee explained the years (9) of our faucet and the showed us the damage done to it with the calcium build up (By La Cantera very hard water) we weighed out the options and took strongly to his interest in us preventing future repairs with the installation of a new faucet. He provided us several options of faucets and when we found the faucet we wanted he made sure he was able to locate it and return to install it within the hour. Lee also talked to us about a water softener and replacing our water heater that is giving us 20 min of hot water. With Lee’s professional service we appreciate him providing us with a quote to for both and plan to have him come back to install. Thank you Will Fix it for sending Lee to our home! (See More)

would like to thank and commend these great employees for taking quick action and providing excellent service. we had a scare with carbon monoxide being detected in our home and they came out to find and pinpoint where the problem was coming from. each one of these employees went above and beyond to ensure our safety and resolved our issue. we are very satisfied with their customer service and workmanship. would definitely recommend for all your needs.
