We had a problem with an outlet for our refrigerator .They told us that they need to install a special breaker for the refrigerator. They did that and charged us $581 for the job .The technician connected the Freezer, and the breaker did not work. The technician told us that it was a problem with the refrigerator .We Samsung for service and they told us that freezers should not be connected to an outlet with an integrated breaker. They connect it to a regular outlet, and it work .Samsung people told us that any qualified electrician will know that . I call the main office to ask for a adjustment on the charge .A person respond ed my call saying that need to talk to his supervisor .Every time I called they told me the same during one month. I think this company has no qualified technicians and do unnecessary services taking advantage of the goodwill of the customers. (See More)

It pains me to write this review. Will Fix It used to provide great service, but something has changed. When you call Will Fix It (ARS) they answer the call with “How can I provide you with exceptional service today?” Exceptional service is NOT what I have experienced. I have waited over 2 weeks for a coil to be replaced on a system installed and under warranty with this company. After 10 days of ME calling them, not THEM calling me, I was finally scheduled to get the coil replaced. Yes, Sir! We have you scheduled for Saturday between 2 and 5 pm. The technician will call you when they are on their way. I even called on Friday to verify the appointment was still in the system and I would have someone at my residence to fix the AC. Well, Saturday, 5:00 pm came and went, and NOBODY from Will Fix It (ARS) called to say they were on their way or that they were running late or that they were not coming at all. So, I called THEM again and was told to hold the line while she contacted that department. Unbelievably, I was disconnected after being on hold for 5 minutes. I called back only to be answered by a call center in Houston, I am in San Antonio. She also told me she would try to contact that department but was unsuccessful. She said all she could do was send an email> REALLY? I highly discourage anyone from using Will Fix It (ARS)! If my experience is their definition of “Exceptional Service”, I would look elsewhere. I unfortunately must deal with them until my warranty is fulfilled. When Will Fix It (ARS) says “Exceptional Service” it’s like putting lipstick on a pig! I will never, ever use Will Fix it (ARS) again. (See More)

Critical: Professionalism I had an appointment for this company to come out on April 10th, scheduled between 2-6pm to tune up my a/c and hvac units! I had to reschedule a medical appointment to keep this one since it was so last minute and unexpected! 1) They never called nor showed up 2) They didnt consider giving me the respect and notifying me to reschedule 3) i was originally told the job was a $99 deal but they brought the price down to $69! Even though online clearly states $69, trying to make it sound like a discount, when i called them out on it, they brought the price down more to $40! Some may have no issues with this company, but i would not recommend this company! They are obviously unreliable, they lie about the price to make you think your getting a good deal and they obviously don't care about the customers respect or consideration! I had the Privilege of speaking with a sweet lady who claimed she was a new consultant! However, evertime i asked a hard question, i kept getting "i don't know" she constantly had to call to get an answer! They clearly don't train their employees well for FAQ or even give them a template of questions and answers! (See More)

Wonderful experience working with this company. They were able to complete the on the work same day I called, and kept me informed on when the technician would arrive and service was great. Max Cadore arrived on time was friendly, informative, professional, and completed the work promptly. From my first phone call to them to service provided everyone was excellent. Justin was very personable and professional. He was very open and honest when presenting information. We were very happy with his service. Jared S was also very pleasant and professional. I was looking to buy a home with known plumbing issues, I called WillFixIt and had a great experience. They told me I wouldn't be charged if the homeowner was there for an estimate to get it fixed. I asked them if I could be sent a copy of the report via email, the rep said it wouldn’t be a problem and got my email address and told me they would send it over to me via email. Fast-forward to today, I call in speak with a “supervisor” (who was not very nice) and she informs me it’s company policy to not release any of this information. So basically my time is wasted and I was lied to. Don’t use WillFixIt if you value honesty. When I complete the purchase of this home I WILL NOT be using WillFixIt to repair any of the issues that I need. (See More)

Colby displayed a caring yet Respectful attitude, offered options on services Will Fix it offers which is good so I purchased the Home plan . He did a positively outrageous Service and went above and beyond to do his job. He is just one of the reasons among others I always call Will Fix it. (See More)
