I want to comment on the service I received from Will Fix It, and their employee Isiah Sotello. Our hot water heater went out on Friday, and Isiah came out to fix it Saturday. He was professional, courteous and honest. Isiah arrived about 5:30 p.m. and left about 9:00 p.m., staying until we were completely satisfied, which we were. In his check of the house's plumbing he discovered we needed a new pressure reducing valve (PRV). He came back this morning to install the new PRV. Again, professional, courteous and honest. Do you want to hear what tops it all off? Isiah even cleaned up some poop a neighbor's dog had left in our yard. Is that customer service, or what!!! (See More)
