While the problem with my A/C unit was a much larger issue than I anticipated, Dillon was the best guy to break the news. Dillon’s knowledge of his craft is commendable and his professionalism is unequaled. This is my first refrigerated air unit and he really taught me a great deal about it. Service technician did a great job diagnosing and fixing the AC issue quickly. He kept me informed ofeverything he was doing as well as prices before doing anything. Scheduling department could use more work. Called early and got a 'call center answering service.'. They booked me same day in the afternoon. Received a call a few hours later to say the 'call center' isn't able to see schedule and they were completely booked, but would schedule me for first thing next morning 9-11. At 12 I called and found out I was schedule for later in the afternoon, which was frustrating because I took time off to be available in the morning. (See More)

What a great experience we had with Dillon today! Our clogged AC condensate line is not covered by our home warranty, so we were nervous trying to find the right AC company that wouldn't overcharge us for this simple service. Dillon provided us with a "low, medium, full" quote for the repair, ranging from simply clearing the clog to some structural work on the line that would help prevent and alert for future clogs. Every line item was clearly priced so that we could select what we wanted done, and we wound up moving forward with almost all of his recommendations. Dillion was courteous and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything to us and even show photos from his phone that he'd taken of the unit up in the attic. I am often skeptical and hesitant to book any new service companies, as I sometimes feel taken advantage of, pressured, or tricked into costs. What a relief and pleasure it was to have such a great experience with the Will Fix It team and Dillon in particular. Dillon Koch is a highly skilled competent and friendly technician. He performed my annual air conditioning maintenance on both my external and attic units today. He did all the maintenance necessary. He showed me what he was doing, and he made a recommendation for one of my units to decrease the amperage needed to start it. He provided all the options and I chose the one that I felt fit my needs to address the smaller of my two air conditioning units. He even changed out my air filters because I wasn't able to do so. I appreciate his thoughtful and professional demeanor. On April 17th, Dillon provided an a/c tuneup and described the condition of the a/c system. I also asked about adding a filter for a large vent. His advice was thorough regarding the type of filter and things to consider should I decide to add the filter. Dillon arrived ready to work, I observed him from a distance. He serviced the compressor and cleaned the unit. He cleaned the condensate drain in the attic. He secured the attic area and turned off the lighting and stored the latter. I was very impressed with excellent performance. I am a retired Project Manager, Dillon is a skilled professional. Not only did he instal everything, but he also double and triple checked that everything was working correctly. He also walked me through the app and showed me how to use the various parts and made sure they were working the way they were supposed to also. Both Edgar and Hector from Will-Fix-It did an amazing 110% job at installing our new ac and condenser units. They were professionally respectful and friendly, and communicated great with us. Update 06/28/18: while the installation was 99% perfect, an issue appeared when we noticed condensation leaking from our AC. I called Will-Fix-It earlier this morning and scheduled an appointment today. Dillon, another respectful and friendly technician, reviewed our problem and easily fixed it with no issues. Though we came across this issue the same night of the installation, with critical thinking and great customer service, my family has air conditioning again. (See More)

Dillon is an excellent HVAC person. He is professional, hard working, friendly, courteous, and quickly diagnosed the problem with our system. He was on call Saturday evening, came out on time and got right to it, while explaining what he was doing and why. He took numerous photos with his phone to verify with his manager on Monday, and explained that the repairs that were needed (replacement of a burnt/worn out fan motor) wasn't something he could fix that evening. He called first thing Monday, explained that he had called around and found the replacement motor, and could be out the same day. He was right on time, got right to it, and had our heating and air conditioning working within the hour. He is one of the great employees of Will Fix It that are why we only call them whenever we need our system checked out and repaired. All of us should be more like him, as far as taking care of the customer, no matter what line of work we are in. (See More)

I had an issue today and my go to AC company is Will Fix It. I tried to get my normal tech out but he was out on vacation. I knew I was in a hard spot and couldn't wait so I asked them to send someone right away. I was a bit hesitant but knew I had to get it looked at. They were able to get someone out to me within about 30 mins of my call, which was amazing and super fast. The gentleman that showed up was named Dillon. He was probably the most polite AC tech I've ever met (other than Daryl). I explained what happened and he immediately knew where to look. He diagnosed my problem as a bad capacitor in about 10 mins and had it replaced within about 10-15 more minutes. The air was blowing cold and my house was cooling down again. Dillon was fast, efficient, accurate, friendly and most of all knowledgeable. I really appreciate what he did for me and how quickly he accomplished it. I'd highly recommend Will Fix It to anyone who's needing AC and or Plumbing repairs. They are professional, fair and quick. I won't call anyone else. Friendly and professional keeping me abreast of all the shortcomings of my old A/C system and the cost of each repair plus when I brought up another issue he just checked it and took care of the problem, no back talk, just took charge and got it done. Dillon did an outstanding job of getting our A/C system up and cooling again. He was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions, which helped me understand our A/C system better. He immediately diagnosed the problem, which was that the indoor evaporator coil needed a thorough cleaning, and kindly suggested that I install new filters every month. He also explained other steps he might need to make, in case a cleaning didn't solve the problem. He worked quickly and efficiently, and tested the entire system to make sure that there was plenty of refrigerant and no leaks, but that the cleaning took care of it. He also suggested we consider installing a UV light kit to reduce mold, allergens, and odors, while improving the efficiently of the system, but didn't try to do a hard sell or anything, just mentioned it in case we'd want to consider it. He quickly installed that UV light kit when I asked if he'd do that, and make sure it was installed to my satisfaction. We highly recommend Dillon in the future to anyone who need A/C service and repairs. We will always call Will Fix It for all our A/C service and repair needs. A+ in our book. (See More)
