Rito R. and the rest of the management and crew, including Ryan A., Luis, Shaun N., and Cory B. and dispatcher, Rosie were all simply excellent. They were all prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgable, skillful, and very respectful to us as their customer in a difficult fix and genuinely needing their help. They assisted us with untangling multiple issues that happened to converge at the same time that our sewer started backing up; and helped determine that a lateral sewer line had simply collapsed on the city water company's side of service. They also helped rule out as a possible cause a contractor's underground boring for a fiber optic line very near the sewer line failure, and convinced me with good and solid evidence shown to me that it would be best and cost-effective for us to replace our entire sewer line to avoid future trouble and get peace of mind with their solid guarantee. They also helped us support our claim for reimbursement for some of the initial camera and locate work cost from the water company. We are very happy with the process and completed work. Rito Rodela and John were very efficient. All involved were neatly dressed for the job and worried about getting mud in the house and cleaned up any debris. Rito was very polite and helpful. He even turned on a fan I cannot reach from my wheelchair and made sure I was OK and satisfied before he left. Thank you all. (See More)

Rito Rodela was a true professional. I was very impressed with the quality of his work. I was a pipefitter by trade and was trained in 1972 by WW2 and Korean war Veterans. These craftsmen had great pride in there work, it not only had to be done right but it had to look flawless. Rito has the same mind set he is a throw back he would have fit perfect in that era. Rito and Luis were very helpful, and genuinely concerned about my problem. They were respectful to me and my family. As the work progressed they let me know at every stage of the job what they were doing and looking for. So the plumbing problem could be solved. I would certainly recommend Will Fix It to friends and family. The day before Colby and Jorge were out here and also showed the same professionalism. I'm not sure of their last names. Rito R. and Luis T. did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable about their craft and let me know what they were doing each step of the way through the process. They were careful of my flooring and of clearing the area of all debris when they completed the job. It was great working with Them. They are great assets to Will Fit It.

Rito Rodela and B. Gonzalez did great work installing a water softener in my home. They were professional, polite and neat as they worked. Rito explained each step of the installation along the way. With the install of the exterior pipes a rose bush had to be removed. Little did they realize I was planning on removing it and along with the one next to it. When I mentioned it, they were kind enough to dig up the other bush for me. The softener is a great plus and we're already enjoying the different in the water! Everyone at Will Fix I had the pleasure of encountering including Shaun, Rosie, Cindy, Rose, Jimmy, Ruben, Rito, and B. Gonzales have all worked with me and are very professional and dedicated employees.
It all started with a sewer line problem on July 4th. Will Fix It answered the phone and came out fairly quickly. Because of that they ended up stuck with me for over a month. The sewer lines under the slab causing the problem resulted in a 28 ft. tunnel. The crew that came and dug the tunnel were professional and took pride in their work. I could tell everyone at Will Fix It likes their job and what they are doing.
We have all been working together getting my whole house (that i live in by the way) ready for remodeling. New whole house water softener which provides exceptional water. All new color coded Pex Plumbing throughout. Brand new flex gas line and all new drops, and a new gas line to my greenhouse.
Now to address the plumber and his helper who have put up with me for over a month now. Rito, and "B" Gonzales, you guys are a good team and work together very hard to get the job done. Rito I want your bosses to know that you and your helper "B" are a great asset to Will Fix It. You work exceptionally well together.
To explain my view of Rito's work I will quote the Master Plumber, Senior Inspector Campos #173 who is also a Professor of Plumbing at I believe he said St. Phillips College here in San Antonio, "You did an exceptional job on this installation. With your experience and time, you should have your Journeyman License now." Remember Rito that he even kidded with you a little bit over the Yellow Gas Pipe. You just do not see any inspector say or do anything like that unless he is impressed.
In my own words I will say Rito that you are very professional, and take great pride in your work. It shows Bud! I added all the stuff because of your exceptional work ethic. It may have taken slightly longer than a month to complete this job, yet you stuck with it as best you could and would have done it faster if it had been possible. Your work ethic has carried you through.
To Ruben, and Jimmy, Thank you for all your hard work in proving the first flex line and fittings were bad and dealing with that.
Will Fix It and especially Shaun, Rito, and B.Gonzales are welcome on my property any time to do plumbing installation work.
A 10 year warranty and 5 year maintenance on everything means my experience with these professionals is just beginning, and I know a good one it shall be!

Once the red tape was complete( the inspector had to be notified and then he had to show up) the technicians arrived and completed the technical aspect of making sure my sprinkler system was functioning properly. A couple of leaks and wiring were repaired (I believe these were caused due to the nature of the trench that had to be dug previously to sanction the water system). Mr. Rodela and Mr. Alvizo were effecient, professional and answered all my questions. Mr. Rodela showed me the proper way to insure my sprinkler system was operating correctly and walked me through the process of setting the system in motion. I want to thank these two young men for their tact, professionalism and attention to detail in dealing with me, (the customer). Kudos to "Will Fix It"....These two young technicians did a great job. Over the years I've had several maintenance people come to my home to make repairs. Carlos M. with Will Fix It San Antonio is by far the best service person for the following reasons. Totally professional, Neat and Clean presence, knew what he was doing, No pressure selling, Cleaned up after himself very well, had all the necessary equipment and parts to complete my repairs while he was on site. I strongly recommend Carlos and Will Fix. I'm putting an email out to our community recommending them.
