Joseph was very professional, cordial, friendly and knowledgeable. Mr. Joseph Arocha explained the technical aspects of each water heater that could be installed and satisfactory answered all questions. He gave us options which allowed us to make an objective decision with no pressure and hype. He gave the pros and cons of each unit which enabled us to make the best decision for our situation. He did not attempt to hard sell and was very profession, friendly and courteous. He projected an air of respect and trust and motivated us to want to transact any future business with him and the company he represents . His professionalism was beyond reproach and he set a very positive example which reflects favorable on Will Fix It Company. He installed the units correctly and provided a detail invoice for our records. We were extremely satisfied with the price and the service. OMG... what turned into a leak outside the house ended up with much more.. I cannot thank Joseph enough for all the plumbing work he did for me.. he was very professional and understanding of my lack of knowledge for what was going on and he patiently explained everything he did.. he worked from 8a.m. till 8p.m. to help with my plumbing problems.. Jesse came to assist and he too was very professional and they both worked extremely hard and long in the heat and attic...thank you guys and WILL FIX IT.. Our water heater needed replacing. Joseph Arocha with Will Fix It was the plumber that provided the service. Prior to making any decision, Joseph explained to us the various options available, and exerted no pressure in making any decision. Once our decision was made, Joseph was able to secure a discount on the pricing through a manager. It was greatly appreciated that he suggested and made this effort for us. Joseph was able to install the water heater same day, working efficiently while being informative about the water heater. Because of his patience and work product, I feel confident that if need be, we will call upon Will Fix It for other home services if Joseph Arocha is an example of the type of employee that works for Will Fix It. These WILLFIXIT guys are great. We were doing a kitchen remodel and got WILLFIXIT through Home Depot to disconnect the plumbing for our kitchen sinks, disposal, and dishwasher. WILLFIXIT was also going to install/reconnect everything. Joseph Arocha showed up on time/schedule and did a great job reconnecting everything. He had to install the new faucet; cut new pipes for the sink connections. He also installed/connected the new garbage disposal and reconnected the hoses for the dishwasher. He was very thorough and paid attention to the smallest details. He made sure we understood how everything was connected and how to operate the new faucet. Joseph even showed how to unjam the garbage disposal if needed. He was very personable and didn't leave any messes. In our conversation, I mentioned we were having some air conditioning problems and our normal hvac guys couldn't get to us for a week. He got on the phone with their HVAC guys and got us on the schedule for the next morning. We really appreciate Joseph's quality work and customer service. (See More)

After much trouble with Home Depot activating our request for replacement of a hot water heater, Joseph Arocha showed up to do the job. What a pleasure it was! Joseph A. tech 142 came out to my house as I needed a new toilet. He was so professional, very informative about the products and gave me several options to review. His professional way was refreshing as he ask the right questions. I went with Will Fix It and even signed a year contract for them to come out to check HVAC and plumbing each year. When he didn't have a part, he called the office and the part was driven out to him. How nice to see the old time service. I will recommend them to everyone. I never take the time to write about service from companies I do business with... I just keep using them. In this case I felt overwhelmed to send in a note about Joseph Arocha. We had complex tile job go bad with a wet floor and mold and such that actually had nothing to do with why Joseph was there but I want to brag on your exceptional employee. Joseph is ultra professional, courteous and did exactly what he said he would do. His communication throughout the ordeal was excellent, we always knew where we stood and he offered advice along the way. I wish I had more Joseph's in my business and Will Fix It is lucky to have him. Please give him the recognition he deserves because he goes above and beyond the call of duty.
