I am completely blown away by the service I received today! Earlier this week, my husband and I discovered a wet spot in our closet and we guessed water was leaking somewhere out of the shower on the other side of the wall. I was anxious, had a pit in my stomach, not knowing how much a fix like this would cost, how much of the wall would have to be torn out to even discover the issue, would we have to reseal the shower, etc etc. Chris Garza arrived to the appointment on time and was in my house literally two minutes before he found the source of the problem. My shower head was loose. He took it off and reattached it more securely, and then, at my request, cut a small hole in the closet wall so I could see that water was no longer dripping inside the wall. It was a small thing for him to do that gave me so much peace of mind. Chris is so nice, patient, informative and professional. Because of the service I received today from Chris, I will exclusively use Will Fix It for all my plumbing needs from here on out! Please recognize him for his outstanding customer service! Only issue was the arrival time. We got a call that they would be here in an hour. 2-3 hours later, we started calling. Seems there was an issue getting the parts.
Second trip was scheduled because there was no salt in the parts department.

Chris and his crew, B. Gonzales, came out to install a softener, new toilet and meter box.
They worked together great, always respectful and effective in the installation. It is great to see people that enjoy their work and doing it right the first time.
