Richard W. came to our house for our water softener that has a lifetime warranty. Will fix it had come out twice before, a different technician, and it still wasn't working right. Richard came out and after a lot of research he found the problem and got the part and returned and actually fixed it! He is very professional, and really cares about doing a good job. I will always ask for him whenever I call Will Fix It. (See More)
