Trinity Air did a job for me a few years ago and I had a problem associated with an installation method used. I called and spoke with Brad and explained my problem. He was very polite and professional. He agreed to send a service tech out to verify that it was an installation issue. The tech was Ray, who was also very polite and professional. Ray and inspected and agreed with my assesment. It took him approx 2 hrs to correct the problem. He did an outstanding job and explain very thoroughly about the repair. I highly reccommend Trintiy Air. They do great work and stand behind their products and labor. (See More)

I have used Trinity Air since 1996. I received fast service for breakdowns, expert advice on heating and air condition, and helpful repairs to extend life of AC and heating. Nathan has helped me with everything from squirels in the attic to a clogged dryer pipe. I'm 76 years old now and it is comforting to be able to count on a company that goes above and beyond to help. Had my units serviced, Mark was great. But I had issues with one of my units was coming to the end of its life. Ray came out and provided options based on my needs. Within a week i had a new unit installed twice as efficient and they also helped balance the air flow in the rooms. The installation team was great and when they were done eveything was explained and back to normal
