Kevin came on a Saturday to repair our very old unit, which he suggested that we should replace. Mark came over that Sunday, giving us multiple options for a new unit. Two days later, Kevin, George, and the rest of the crew installed our new unit. These guys are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, down-to-earth, and friendly. (See More)

This company charged us approximately $1500 for air duct cleaning services. Mark explained the process in details on what the $1500 job would cover so we hired them to do the job on Wednesday August 1, 2018. After completing the job my wife and I noticed a change in temperature on the main floor. Some vents blew warm air, some cold, and others nothing at all. We called Trinity to let them know about the situation and they responded by telling us that it will be an $89 service call to check the unit. In our initial conversation Mark never mentioned that, instead he assured us if we notice any problems after the service he would come back and address it. Totally not the case, not even a simple courtesy to send someone out to check. We chose Trinity because of their faith and for believing in them to honor the integrity and professionalism they represent. Unfortunately for us we were conned. I have been using Trinity Air for 5 or so years. They have installed complete units for me and also have made repairs for me in the past. The preventive maintenance agreement is a great value. I am in the service business and I will say that all of the technicians and all of the CSR's that I have dealt with have been very professional. (See More)

I had Trinity install new Trane heat pumps - complete systems, upstairs and down. Mark Gibson evaluated my house, offered helpful ideas for improvements, and did the proposal. Michael Blood did most of the downstairs install along with Stanley Mitchum. The upstairs team was Robb Norris and Jefry Peralta. Very happy with the job - no rushing to get it done, shortcuts or issues. All in all a professional group that does a professional job. Very happy and the house is greatly improved by a modern, variable speed, quiet and efficient system installed by folks that know what they're doing. (See More)

When my furnace would not start up, I called Trinity Air, Inc. and Daniel came and diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. He gave me options for replacing the bad part, but also suggested that I consider replacing the furnace altogether, since it was 17 years old. Mark Gibson came out and went over the replacement options and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Trinity's prices were very reasonable and Trane has a very solid reputation. The installation went smoothly and was completed exactly when they said it would be done.
I put all three of my A/C and heating units on a service/maintenance contract and look forward to a long relationship with Trinity. (See More)

Trinity Air is with out a doubt the greatest heat and AC team I have ever experienced. Needing a new up stairs system I called Mark G. and he came out, listen to the issues I had been having for the past 10 years in the upper portion of our house and designed a system that solved the problem. The install was efficient and fast, my installers Mike and Stan worked together and did a very professional and quality install.
You will not find any other heat and AC company that is as concerned with professionalism and quality as Trinity.

Great experience dealing with Trinity Air in the purchase of a replacement heat pump. Mark was extremely helpful in covering all the options available and explaining the process. The install team of Michael and Stanley were great....very friendly and courteous. And Daniel finished the job with the final inspection/startup. I had a unique request to move several ducts in my basement garage. Mark was recommended by Pfeifer building company so I gave him a call. Mark was flexible to come to my house late one afternoon to give me an estimate. He got back with me when he said he would and scheduled my job just a few days out. On the day of the job, Mark was here to kick it off and ensure the installers were on the same page. The job was completed same day to my satisfaction. Along with the installers Brad and Stanley, Mark did a fantastic job representing Trinity Air. I'll know who to call for my future heat and air jobs.

Happy with every level of service. Mark delivered everything he said he would and addressed all my concerns. Mike, Nick and Joe did a great job on the install. They were professional, tidy and thorough. Our first contact was with Jason who was asked to do a Winter service on our two systems. He found a cracked heat exchanger that was potentially exposing my family to carbon monoxide. He showed me the crack and explained my options to me. Mark was our salesman and did an outstanding job, beginning to end. He was very thorough in explaining our options and helped us pick the right system. On the day of installation he came out shortly after the installation team arrived to see if they saw any complications he might have missed the day we contracted for the installation, and to see if they needed anything more to do the job. An hour or so later the owner of the company arrived to check progress and look for issues. Mike and Nick were the installation team and were efficient and professional. They worked well as a team and were obviously extremely well trained, experienced and competent. Can't say enough about how well they did their jobs. As the installation was wrapping up, Mike talked to the service technician who came over before they left and did the set-up and system check to be sure everything was working properly. We are so pleased with the entire process dealing with Trinity Air! From the first meeting with Mark G. to the post-installation follow-up, they were so professional and pleasant to deal with. We were impressed with how well they followed through on every part of the process explained to us at the time of proposal. Everything went exactly as they said it would and we couldn't be more pleased with our new hvac units. Our home is more comfortable. Trinity evaluated our previous airflow and suggested where vents and returns could be added or adjusted to improve our system. They were right in every case and we are just so pleased. We plan to stay with Trinity for years of maintenance and to refer them to anyone who needs hvac services. Thanks Trinity Air for really doing what you say you will!

We have worked with numerous contractors over the past 5 years, and our experience with Trinity Air was by far the best. Mark met with us and did a thorough analysis of the house and walked us through all the choices for HVAC replacement units. He did an excellent job explaining the differences in the various technologies so that we were able to confidently choose new systems. Also, he took as much time as we needed and never seemed rushed. The process could not have gone smoother or faster from the initial phone call to the installation - everything was done in 1 week! The installers, Mike and Chris, were great. They knew exactly what they were doing, thoroughly explained everything and left our house clean. We also chose to get a tankless water heater at the same time. Mark discovered a delay in the supply chain and handled it before we were aware and personally delivered it to our house.
