Excellent customer care. I got a real person to speak to from the very beginning. They were courteous and friendly. Zack was the technician. He was friendly. He went through various tests and took time to explain to me what he was doing and what implications the tests had to the system. He concluded that the gas valve had to be replaced. It was quite easy for me to agree with him, because I had watched him and listened to him when he tested the system. He came back two days later and replaced the valve. We have heat now!! Arrived home at 5PM to a hot house! Called Trinity Air and Mariah had a technician at my home by 6PM. Zechariah immediately addressed our problem and got the unit up and running. When he came up from our crawl space he also brought the dirty filters that were laying in there and put them in his truck!

Zechariah was so helpful, he took the time to explain to me how my system worked, what the issue was and how I can keep it running in the future.
