I have been using Oaks Drain Service for over 10 years and TYLER (not listed above) is the best service pro that has ever serviced my house. The plumbing team was Great. The showed up on time, they were courteous, professional and efficient. They finished the ahead of schedule and for the price agreed on. Recently Thousand Oaks Plumbing completely repiped our home. This is the second job they've completed for us and we are extremely pleased. They provided five different options prior to beginning. They put no pressure on us to choose any particular strategy. Sean and Romero came out to clearly explain each one. They walked our house and yard with us to show us exactly what to expect. The workers came each day in plenty of time for us to get to work. They put in a full day of grueling work. John led the crew and was always considerate and professional. Brandon, Chris, and Guillermo, among others, were part of the dedicated, determined team. When you are facing plumbing issues, especially of this scale, you sincerely hope for a company whom you can trust. I highly recommend Thousand Oaks Plumbing, as they are one of the few companies left who truly take pride in their work and meet the customers needs with professionalism, good humor, and integrity. John and his partner ( young guy sorry not good with names) were absolutely fantastic. They took the time to explain their plan and went right to work. They wee done way before I expected, especially since most contract work " by the hour " is drug out to make more $$. They cleaned up and I am forever a customer, after this first time calling.

Every Fall, we have TO Plumbing hydrojet our outside drains before the winter rains come. It's an easy way to prevent costly flood damage. They always do a great job, and it's well worth the price for peace of mind. (See More)

I had a bigger plumbing problem than I thought and Thousand Oaks plumbing in its various staff was able to identify the problems and they appeared, explain them to me and provide cost-effective solutions. This difficult sewer main repair required digging 9 1/2 below grade and replacing the junction between ABS and clay. There were electrical and water lines above the sewer line that the plumber skillfully worked around, without cutting them. The job was completed efficiently and professionally, using high grade materials. (See More)

My plumber from Thousand Oaks plumbing was very experienced and professional, and did great work on a difficult job. Our main line sewer blockage was 9 1/2 feet below grade, requiring a lot of digging and maneuvering to miss water and electrical lines that were in the way. They didn't cut any of the existing lines. They also used top quality materials to make the main line repair (junction from ABS to clay), which not everybody does. I have 40 years construction experience and enough knowledge to determine who knows what they are doing. These guys know their stuff. (See More)
