The first technician could not get the drain cleared so the owner showed up himself and went at it with his worker, and even though it was tough to clear and took over 5 different attempts they kept working on it and got it done. Great customer service! Thanks! (See More)

I called Thousand Oaks Plumbing about a slab leak. Danny G. came out to look at the situation after the leak detection had been completed. He sent an estimate that evening. I have used Thousand Oaks plumbing for over 10 years. They are a wonderful company to deal with. Every plumber that has come to my house has been professional, clean, explained the work that needed to be done and provided a quote appropriately. They are always fair and honest. We had a slab leak - Danny was able to come up with a plan to cap the pipes and reroute 2nd floor piping at minimal costs. Others may have jack hammered tile and hardwood or rerouted in kitchen. Just a quick cap behind fridge and inside kitchen cabinet and connecting hot water from sink to tub in second floor bathroom with minimal drywall repair completed in 5 hours. (See More)

From the moment they answered the phone, they were efficient and professional. They called back within 5 minutes to give me a reasonable window of time they would be coming. His rates are unbeatable and his support is topnotch. As new homeowners, we'd never had to deal with a plumber. We tried several companies in the area and were sorely disappointed. Then we discovered Thousand Oaks Plumbing. They are always available, friendly, and useful. Danny, the owner, has personally come out to our home many times on the weekends to correct problems with no excess charge. When we had a problem with the main sewer line, he called someone at the city to come out and have a look for us free of charge (a massive savings... when we had called the city they would have charged us an arm and a leg). Highly recommend giving Thousand Oaks Plumbing a telephone for your plumbing requirements. I had a busted GE water heater that nobody wanted to touch. Danny came out and did the repair and completed the guarantee procedure for payment so I did not have to deal with it. He responded immediately to my call an came out promptly the next morning. Danny, Tom & Joe were in my house to replace a hot water line that has been leaking into my slab. Their quote was founded on what was best for ME and not what would make them the most money. There weren't any last minute openings with the invoice either. I found TO Plumbing by chance a couple of years ago after having dealt with numerous overpriced, mediocre plumbers. I would definitely recommend Thousand Oaks Plumbing. The staff on the phone were pleasant and helpful. I needed a sewer line inspection for the purchase of a new house. I cannot say enough about Dan the owner of the company and Thousand Oaks Plumbing, what a great plumber and company! We had a leaking pipe that was flooding underneath our stairs case. I called in the morning, Dan took the time to speak with me regarding the issue and gave me honest advice. After we hired a previous person who was an "expert" at finding leaks, but didn't find a leak even though there was clearly a leak. Dan came out the same day, found the leak and fixed it so quick. Provided advice on how to clean up the water that had accumulated and provided a good referral for a water cleanup company. Just a honest person and company, hard to come by this day and age. I was very impressed with Danny (the owner) who showed up himself to win a new customer. I called several plumbers to help us with a main line clog..... only Danny's company picked up their phone. They had a very full schedule but squeezed me in anyway. He used a cool little tunnel camera and found our problem right away. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. She made it a pleasant transaction as well. You guys won our business..... we just bought our home here in Thousand Oaks and look forward to having Thousand Oaks plumbing there when we need them. We recently had a hot water slab leak and needed help in a hurry. Our entire experience with Thousand Oaks Plumbing was excellent beginning with Christine on the phone to the end when Danny and Joe completed the job. Christine first recommended a leak detector who came out the same day. She then connected us with Danny who, though he was booked up, came early Friday morning before his other scheduled appointments to give us an estimate. At that time he also capped the leak so we could still have hot water for bathing until we could get approval from our insurance company to re-route the line. Danny was thorough, efficient, and explained everything he was doing both the day of the estimate and the day he completed the re-route with Joe assisting him. I will be calling Thousand Oaks Plumbing and Danny for any plumbing need I have in the future. (See More)

Dan *****came to our house today for a second opinion on repairing two "problems" previously "found" by another plumbing company and while I was watching the video screen as the video line was working its way through the pipes out to the street, Dan informed he could not detect any problems which was confirmed when I asked him to do it again. During bathroom renovations, we found that the shower drain was blocked. Despite TOP installing all new drains and under the floor plumbing, it was not draining. Danny Guiney of TOP discovered that the 50-year old original lead drain pipe was almost completely blocked. Within an hour of arriving, Danny cut off the old pipes and installed new ones to the sewer. The shower is running perfectly now and we will get to enjoy our newly renovated master bathroom. Kudos to Danny and TOP for diagnosing and fixing this unusual problem. (See More)

I am very happy with the way Thousand Oaks Plumbing handled my situation on all levels. They were very busy the day I called, but they made time for me. The plumber arrived promptly within the time I was given. The plumber was very nice, cordial and honest. He showed me everything he was doing and explained everything in detail so I had a full understanding what was needed to be done, and what will be needed to mitigate major issues in the future. I thought these guys did a good job when they left because they improved the water flow but when I went to hose down the backyard, the yard again became flooded. So I called Ruiz Plumbing. Jorge Ruiz told me that a snake should have been used as opposed to the hydro jet. Within 1 hour, Jorge had every drain snaked. Ruiz Plumbing charged me $525 for some improvement, and Ruiz Plumbing charged me $150 to snake the entire back yard. Lesson learned. (See More)

Such pros.....Once Danny came out to access our drainage problems, we knew this was the right company for us. Instead of replacing all the old pipes, he recommended, clearing, the sealing them from the inside so roots could not continue to cause major problems for us. Thousand Oaks Plumbing was referred to me by a good friend several years ago. I have always been pleased with their work, mostly on smaller problems, which is why I continue to use them. They were very responsive after the recent rains and helped identify and fix bigger problems involving an under the slab leak and shower/tub drain leak. I cannot say enough nice things about Matthew G. as he was courteous, professional and completely thorough. Dan was understanding and REAL. He addressed a follow up problem with a shower valve and addressed it at no charge, as it should have been. He also addressed a difficult main line drain clog that he was not aware of when he came out. I very much appreciated his service and commitment. Always get a second opinion on a big plumbing job. I had a blockage problem and was quoted such a large amount of money that I was checking into a second mortgage. At this point a friend told me she had had a huge plumbing problem and was quoted from $17,000 to $30,000 for the job. She called Danny at Thousand Oaks Plumbing and he got the job done beautifully for $10,000. Based on her recommendation, I called Danny and he fixed my blockage saving me $6,000. He is competent, experienced (32 years), and has integrity--a rare combo in this era. He restored my faith in local home maintenance business people. He is not out to take advantage or to make a quick buck. He is actually interested in the welfare of his customers and gives a reasonable price along with quality work. I highly recommend his services without reservation. I am relieved to know that now I have someone I can trust to do an excellent job at a fair cost for any future plumbing problems. (See More)

Danny (the owner) and his team at Thousand Oaks Plumbing are the best!!!! this morning we awoke to a sewer line backup in both bathrooms. We have company for the holidays and, as luck would have it, that's when things like this happen. At 7:30 am I called TO Plumbing and Danny answered and said that someone would be out to fix the problem between 8 - 1- and today. My wife packed up the company and took them to breakfast and a planned trip to the Getty Villa in Malibu. At 8:30 am Danny showed up and within an hour he had diagnosed the problem, snaked and removed the roots from the sewer line from the house to the street. I had a leaking gas valve, which was obviously en emergency (the gas to my house had to be shut off). Since it was a weekend, all the plumbers were extremely busy. Wow! What great service and customer service. I can't stress enough how important it is to have an experienced professional come to your home to service something as important as plumbing. We called TO plumbing due to a leaky bathtub faucet. Jesse from TO plumbing was on time for the appointment and very professional. He quickly assessed the needed repairs and recommend a very reasonable fix. Jesse had the replacement parts in his truck (how great is that?) and did the repair immediately. We told Jesse we wanted to make sure there was no damage (scratches) being made to the tub during the repair. He was way ahead of us and had already taken precautions. Jesse even took a quick look at our water heater just to make sure it was up to code. We also had a slow to hot water issue in our other shower and he also fixed that! You gotta love these guys. Thank you Jesse and TO plumbing. We will always call you for any plumbing related. You should do the same! Also: When we moved into our house last year we called Dan at TO plumbing due to a sewage issue. Dan came right out and repaired our plumbing/sewage problem.
