This company is remarkable. They are fast, efficient, fair and expert craftsman. I am not a relative, social friend or neighbor. Our rental property had a pipe burst which created a flood that forced tenants out and a sad time was had by all. I have never had the opportunity to work with such an incredible crew.
Erik, Jerry, Juan, Matthew, Nathan, Migs, Milo, and Thomas.
Milo was able to complete a tricky fix AND save our beautiful tile which had been put
in within the last three years. Matthew and every one of those guys put up with constant questions re: worry over time
constraints and all responded with a lovely
attitude. Workmanship is terrific.
These guys are something else.

Mathew arrived on time and performed an excellent jog in locating my slab leak. The leak is relatively slow, so locating it was difficult, but Mathew systematically narrowed down the breached area. Excellent job.
We will be making a follow up appointment for the repair. Both the leak detection fee and quote for the repair are very fair.

Matthew and Hi-Man showed up on time and were very patient when I described the problem to them. My house has a leaking issue in the garage from the decking upstairs. In the very beginning, Matthew thinks it is drains' issue, but after listening to my concern, Matthew agreed to perform some experiment by pouring waters on the drains. They did it over and over again with patient and Matthew inspected the problem with cautious.
At the end, Matthew concluded it should be a deck issue but not drain issue. They clean up everything and swept the floor before leave. Very professional. Although there is $79 charge, for the time and inspection they had done for us, it's worth it.
Comparing with the other plumbing company, Thousand Oaks Plumbing is a very trustable company because their employees are well-trained and they are very honest by saying this is not plumbing problem but deck issue.

I have used Thousand Oaks plumbing for over 10 years. They are a wonderful company to deal with. Every plumber that has come to my house has been professional, clean, explained the work that needed to be done and provided a quote appropriately. They are always fair and honest. Highly recommend them
To add an additional comment I've had both Matthew and Oscar work at my house the last few days. I needed a lot of work done and they were so fantastic. From the moment they answered the phone, I could tell that they were very interested in customer service. Even though I had called late in the afternoon, the gentleman apologized for not having any openings for that evening (something I was not expecting anyway). However, they were able to dispatch someone the very next morning. Prior to the appointment, they sent me an email to introduce the service person to me. I was pleasantly surprised by this gesture and it was nice to know about his background. Matthew, arrived promptly and let me know what the repair would entail and approximately how long it would take. Upon finishing the repairs, he explained everything that was done. Overall, I felt the customer service and repairs were outstanding and I would highly recommend their company to other people. (See More)

As you can see, Thousand Oaks Plumbing doesn't really need any more 5 Star ratings, but I'm delighted to throw in one more.
Without getting in to all the details, we had a few small issues (clogged shower drain and the kitchen clean out pipe, both of which required snaking.)
From the first early morning phone call to the follow-up call from their office to confirm the appointment, to the actual service call, everything was accomplished in the most courteous, professional, and competent manner--and with excellent communication.
Our technician was Matthew--he was precisely on time, extremely helpful and gracious, did a perfect job, was patient in answering my dumb questions, actually wiped his feet off each time he re-entered our home, was meticulous in every regard, and without me even asking, gave us a nice break billing-wise by not charging for some time that ran over the hourly billing rate.
All I can say is that if every business was this organized, this focused on customer service, and with this level of proficiency, we'd all be a lot better off.
And just a small suggestion to all you titans of industry out there: if you think that it doesn't really matter how you treat your customers, and you don't manage your business with integrity, and you think we will just keep coming back for more...think again.
On the other hand, we WILL be using and recommending Thousand Oaks Plumbing in the future.

After the heavy rains I had discovered that my yard drains were not functioning properly. While out on a walk with my wife we happened on a T.O. Plumbing truck at a neighbors house doing a Hydro-jet cleaning of the yard drains. I made an appointment when I got home. The guys that arrived worked very hard for me to clear the drains. They showed up on time, were polite and very professional. In the end my job required a little more work that involved some digging. Matthew worked hard to set up the job, finish off the details, and clean up after all the work was finished. He even made the effort to explain what and how he was installing our new piping. I called 5 plumbers - two never called me back and two of them, the prices were way over the top - one even told me it was because of the price of doing business in California.
I finally called Thousand Oaks Plumbing - spoke with a very sweet girl, she gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone and I made the appointment.
Mathew showed up on time - a wonderful, courteous young man - a consummate professional. He did a great job in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable price.
