I had a small leak from the drain under one of my bathroom sinks. I called TO in the morning and was told someone would be able to come to my house between 2-4 PM. The technician was Jessie, who came around 3 PM but had first emailed me to tell me when he was on his way. Jessie saw the source of the problem, told me the cost and that he had the parts on his truck. He completed the job in a relatively short period of time, being very careful and neat through the process of remvong the old drain and pop up assembly, and installing the new one. He was pleasant, very polite, professional, and just a nice man. When he was done he made sure he cleaned up everything and checked for leaks. All was good. They answe d the phone promptly, took my info and someone called back the very next morning. They scheduled the appt and called the day before to confirm and then sent me info and a picture of the expert who was coming to my home!! Who does that?!?! WOW!! I love that added service. Jesse is professional, courteous, hardworking and has great perserverence; he communicates well and explains what the source of the problem is, explaining how to and what is needed to fix it.
I have seldom had a plumber that has the depth of knowledge and experience that Jesse has. I also have the confidence that, if by some chance, he did not know how to correct something immediately, that he would surely determine the solution and the problem would be corrected in a timely manner with the same expertise as he addresses everything else.
In otherwords, Jesse deserves the highest performance rating possible. After our slab leak left soggy floors throughout our home, we were referred to Thousand Oaks Plumbing by some neighborhood friends who used them before. With one phone call we were cheerfully and professionally taken care of, (great answering service who relays the info to Danny right away). He was able to come out the same day to estimate the problem and give us a quote, even though it was on a busy weekend. The following day he re-routed our faulty pipes, and repaired the problem quickly and affordably.
Then, a few months later our water heater decided to start leaking all over the garage floor.... and who saved the day again?.... Danny at Thousand Oaks Plumbing.
The crew (Jesse and Brian S.) that came to install the new water heater was excellent, and we were up and running with a new water heater and drip pan, (and hot water again) the same day.

He also pointed out an impending issue with my filtration system and I had him replace that as well. He was able to get everything done within a few hours. We just relocated from NY and needed to get gas line set up before our new gas dryer was installed. He noticed a corroded water pressure regulator, tested it; result was good, but told me the risk of not replacing it was having a water pipe burst inside the house. We found anew plumber going forward for all our plumbing needs. Jesse came out to fix a loose kitchen faucet. He pointed out an installation error by the installer when the quartz counter top was installed over the plywood instead of cutting away the plywood then installing the faucet. Jesse also modified and relocated the gas line connecting to the slide in range. Only a plumber with years of experience would have know what to do in both cases. (See More)

We had significantly deteriorated main sewer line at our home and they found the least obtrusive way to replace it while allowing my family to stay in our home. They are knowledgable, professional and take care of my home as though it was their own. I like their honest assessment of needs. Sewer line was blocked and had a big mess in the bathroom. Thousand Oaks Plumbing came out in 30 minutes and Jesse got to work and cleared the line. He was professional, honest and told me what he suspected to be the problem and showed me the roots pulled out of the line. He also gave his professional opinion on a few other plumbing issues I have and will be calling them to repair those too. They didn't gouge me and are upfront with the cost of services. We had another plumbing problem with a different house we own. Remembering the great service we received last November, I called Thousand Oaks Plumbing. Since this house is 25 minutes away from their office, I was concerned that they wouldn't come out or like a number of other plumbers, IF they came, there would be a "trip charge". The staff at Thousand Oaks Plumbing were extremely accommodating. The owner called that morning and gave me a specific time the technician would arrive. Jesse called me before our set appt. time to say he could come earlier than initially scheduled.
He was extremely polite and courtesy as well as very professional. Unfortunately, the repairs could not be done at the time due to the extensive damage to the copper piping and further expert help would be needed. T.O. Plumbing will come back after the expert lets them know exactly how to repair the damage as the pipes need to be rerouted. Jesse gave me alternatives for the repair, but also explained the alternatives could create additional problems. I did not need to go there. So once the expert gives his recommendations, T. O. Plumbing will be back. I would say they are now my go-to plumbing expert. Thanks for the wonderful service.

The office staff (Desireh) is very friendly and professional and they work with you reading appointments and repair quotes. They also have a set hourly rate so you know in advance how much you may spend plus parts. And if possible they quote you the complete cost of the service and repairs over the phone and their prices are very reasonable and a lot better than their competitors. I highly recommend them. Wow! What great service and customer service. I can't stress enough how important it is to have an experienced professional come to your home to service something as important as plumbing. We called TO plumbing due to a leaky bathtub faucet. Jesse from TO plumbing was on time for the appointment and very professional. He quickly assessed the needed repairs and recommend a very reasonable fix. Jesse had the replacement parts in his truck (how great is that?) and did the repair immediately. We told Jesse we wanted to make sure there was no damage (scratches) being made to the tub during the repair. He was way ahead of us and had already taken precautions. Jesse even took a quick look at our water heater just to make sure it was up to code. We also had a slow to hot water issue in our other shower and he also fixed that! You gotta love these guys. Thank you Jesse and TO plumbing. We will always call you for any plumbing related. You should do the same! Also: When we moved into our house last year we called Dan at TO plumbing due to a sewage issue. Dan came right out and repaired our plumbing/sewage problem. Wanted to comment on an excellent experience we had. Discovered a leak in our water main line. Called at 3 pm and was scheduled for the next day between 2 and 4 pm. Jesse arrived at 1:45 ready to diagnose and make repair. He was very knowledgeable in diagnosing the leak and presenting a solution to fix. He worked very efficiently and did a quality job. After a careful review of local plumbers on yelp and Angie's list I decided to call Thousand Oaks Plumbing to ask them to help stop a water leak in my garage. Jesse came the next day on time and quickly determined that it was a hot water pipe leaking through the slab. He was very knowledgable and showed great professionalism - first class. To find out exactly where the leak was he quickly recommended and with my agreement called Pinpoint Leak Detection to set up an appointment. Jason from Pinpoint Leak Detection came the next day and established quickly and efficiently where the leak was. Another 5 star experience. After his visit, Dan the owner of Thousand Oaks Plumbing came the same day to determine what repairs needed to be done. We agreed on a pipe by-pass and already the next day he and one of his crew came and did the repairs. I was gone for the day. I came back to a dry and a clean garage. No more leaks.
