Chris showed on time for our scheduled appointment. He assessed the scope of work and was going to send me and the owner a bid. Two bids were sent to each of us (with the same price); each bid contained a different scope of work. Neither bid included the entire scope of work or an available date to be completed. The office was contacted re this. They said the tech was to get in touch with me the same day. I contacted the office, again, the next day and they said they had talked with the owner. Neither one of us received a corrected bid. Due to this we decided to look elsewhere for service. (See More)
